"The other company (Tobys only called me after I called them). D and J (Don) called me in a timely fashion. He charged a flat rate while Tobys charged a service fee + $$/hr. Don was extremely professional and polite - and showed up exactly on time as scheduled! UPDATE 07/08/2021: Don installed a microwave for me in 2017 and I called him again for another microwave install (appliances just dont last anymore!!). Don was out the next day to install a mic over my oven....arrived on time, the job took less than 1/2 hour, cleaned up, took the old mic out to my garage. EXCELLENT service!
