"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"Chris from Thomas Appliance was the most courteous, thoughtful and extremely reliable. Thanks to him, he saved me a lot of money allowing me to purchase a used appliance instead of me spending an insane amount of money on a brand new washer. Thank you Chris!!! It’s amazing to find people that are willing to help these days. I would highly recommend Thomas Appliance. 5 star service!!!"

"Mr Hooks was prompt, polite and efficient. I'm planning to use his services for another appliance repair."

"Look no further for a repair man! He came out right away and was wonderful. My husband and I were so impressed with the quality and reasonable price! I will definitely use him again."

"They knew the products, knew what was wrong and were able to fix the issue after wondering parts. My microwave has not had any further issues."

"Nick came out right away and was very professional. He converted my dryer and even made a trip to the hardware store to get what I needed to hook it up. He then hooked it up for me. His service was great and timely. I will definitely call him back the next time I have an issue!"

"We came across Nason's by accident. Now I think it was fate. Nason's, by far, gave us the best package deal for our kitchen remodel compared to the other area appliance stores. We purchased a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave/convection oven with them. All Kitchenaid. Our sales person, Tim, was very good in helping us select our appliances. Appliances came in as they promised and delivery was made on time with no issues. Very satisfied customer!

"Plumbing never came and washer was never repaired. The replacement for washer is BS. The money they offer for replacing the washer is not enough to even buy an open box or a 75% sale."

"Great, honest and thorough in description of repair. Having a manufactured home didn’t scare him away. I will be keeping them in mind for upcoming repairs."
