Get matched with top deck or porch build or replacers in Chestnut Hill, MA

"Division we had for our dining room was achieved. We had cabinetry and bookshelves in our dining room that were replaced by curio cabinets, and totally repainted to match our furniture. US pro painting did a wonderful job with flawless painting, reinstallation of lower cabinets and installation of new curio glass cabinets. JR, the owner, was very cooperative, and provided photos at each step of the renovation, since we were away during that time. If we have a painting or renovation project, we will use them again."

"We hired Masonworks, LLC to replace our front stoop and front walkway and they did an amazing job with the project from start to finish – professional and high quality work completed in a timely manner. Very responsive to answer any questions or concerns, took care of everything from permits to clean-up, and their crew worked non-stop to get the project done to give us a beautiful new front entrance to our home. Definitely would use them again."

"We were looking for help with adding additional deck framing , installing a handrail, and replacing some exterior trim that had rotted. Lucas and Tiago were excellent. Lucas promptly came out to discuss the work and provide an estimate. Pricing was competitive and communication was far more professional and reliable than other companies. Craftmanship was excellent and they cleaned up before leaving. I will definitely use them for future projects."

"Phenomenal experience with Marcelo and his team! We had several home improvement projects on our list, including replacing a rotting deck. When we reached out for an estimate, Marcelo responded quickly and gave us a thorough, honest assessment of the work needed. We were pleasantly surprised when he complimented the deck's structure and explained that only the boards needed replacing; not the entire frame. His transparency saved us both time and money. At our request, they also flipped the stairs to the opposite side, crafting beautiful, custom work that exceeded our expectations. Marcelo?s team was punctual, friendly, and incredibly efficient. They worked cleanly and with great attention to detail. We couldn?t have asked for a nicer or more dedicated crew. We have more projects on our list and will absolutely hire PR Home Improvement and Painting again. From fair pricing to exceptional work, they have our highest recommendation!"

"Huge thank you to Abalia Construction! Khaled, the general contractor/owner made our home renovation dreams come true! Seriously, this guy went above and beyond. We had this huge house project on our hands and a short timeline to get everything done. But Khaled? He's like a magician. Somehow, he managed to keep us on track, while also balancing our vision and our budget! I'm talking about creative solutions that we never would've thought of ourselves. And the best part? He made it all happen without sacrificing quality. Our home looks absolutely stunning now, thanks to Abalia Construction. Honestly, if you're thinking about any kind of construction or renovation work, do yourself a favor and use Abalia. Khaled is the real deal and will turn your vision into reality, no doubt about it. Highly recommend!"

"Ari replaced a balcony floor. Worked 1 day in rain and 1 day in bitter cold. He is a perfectionist and did a beautiful job. I could not be happier with the finished job."

"I discovered WS Builders Corp through Angie's List while searching for a contractor to renovate our family room. Our project involved modernizing a space dominated by an outdated brick wood-burning fireplace and 1980s-style built-ins. We aimed to transform it with a horizontal electric fireplace, custom fluted built-ins for the TV, hidden shelving for electronics, and stylish open shelving with LED lighting. Prior quotes from other contractors seemed inflated, but when I connected with Wladimir from WS Builders, he provided a fair estimate that aligned perfectly with my expectations and the materials' costs. We promptly signed the contract, and work began without delay. Wladimir estimated about 35 days for completion, and impressively, the team finished in just 30 days despite some minor design tweaks along the way. The craftsmanship displayed by Jose, Wladimir's masterful carpenter, was nothing short of exceptional. He meticulously crafted everything from drawers to shelves to the elegant fluted details above the fireplace, transforming our wall into a true work of art. Jorge, the electrician, skillfully installed the LED lighting and concealed all cables behind the TV, maintaining a clean and polished look throughout. The painter ensured a flawless finish, meticulously covering the ceiling, walls, and newly installed shelves. The transformation from the initial state to the finished result is remarkable; even my 18-year-old son commented that it resembles a page out of a design magazine, and I wholeheartedly agree. I extend my deepest gratitude to Wladimir and his team for not only bringing my vision to life but surpassing all expectations. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to quality craftsmanship are unparalleled. Encouraged by their exceptional work, we promptly engaged WS Builders for a deck project following the family room renovation. I confidently recommend WS Builders Corp to anyone seeking superior craftsmanship at a fair price and delivered precisely on schedule. Wladimir's responsiveness and clear communication throughout the project further underscore their reliability and commitment to customer satisfaction. I eagerly look forward to collaborating with WS Builders on future projects and have no doubt in recommending them as a company you can trust for outstanding results."

"Remodel or Renew Home Improvement did a excellent job on my new deck. They were professional and on time. I would highly recommend this company!"

"We hired Crystal Painting to repaint the exterior of our 1929 Dutch Colonial. The home hadn’t been repainted in 9 years and had significant peeling and exposed wood and therefore was also in need of some carpentry work. We hired Leo and his crew from Crystal based on reading other reviews on various sites, meeting him in person (many firms just look at your house online and provide a quote or do a quick stop and go without talking to you), and based on his willingness to give us a quote that included both the painting and carpentry work (most other painters were unwilling to quote the carpentry until they were on the job). The pricing quote was a bit higher than other quotes but based on the reviews we read and the quality of the conversations, we decided to take a chance on Leo and Crystal painting and weren’t disappointed. Leo’s crew showed up daily (in varying numbers depending on what needed to be done) over a two week period, did a good job of prepping the house, getting it primed, fixing the carpentry and applying two coats of paint. Some of the carpentry involved replacing rotted moldings along the roof line that likely had been on the house since it was built in 1929, amazingly he was able to find matching pieces to replace the damaged pieces. In addition, there were several color and other changes made along the way and Leo was great at accommodating those at no additional cost. Overall, we were very happy with Leo and Crystal painting and would hire them again. Several of our neighbors who saw their work, have since hired them as well."

"We recently remodeled our full bathroom and also a powder room by Bauman Remodeling. Mike and his crew did an excellent job. This is the third major project that we've had Mike complete in the last 4 years (we also had Mike take down a wall, build built-ins around our fireplace, install French doors, and other carpentry work, and also a full remodel of our master bathroom). Our recent job included remodeling our main bathroom: installing a new slate floor, all new fixtures, tiling around the bath with custom niche, and also updating our powder room (new marble floor, new toilet, and wall hung sink). We find Mike to be very professional, easy to work with, and does first rate work. He and his crew have great attention to detail. Communication with Mike is excellent - I always know when workers are showing up. We felt very comfortable with asking Mike any questions or raising any concerns. When any unexpected issues arise (as they always do in older homes) Mike is great to work with to solve the issue and keep your design goals in place. He truly wants his customers to love the project when its done. We've used Mike and his crew for three major projects, and have been very happy with everything. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mike for any remodeling job."
