They were falling apart, windows were old & odd sizes and wood needed to be replaced due to rot, etc. Steve & his crew found that a total removal was not necessary. They replaced the old footings bringing the porches to the proper level, reduced the # of windows needed, replaced them with beautiful sliders, replaced the floors, stained the new interior wood to coordinate with the stained wood ceilings & walls, installed 2 new doors, updated the porch lights and weatherproofed all the outside areas. Steve & his crew were a pleasure to work with. Their knowledge & expertise is phenomenal. I'm so pleased with their work and have already received many compliments on my remodeled porches. "Nice owner, hack job crew. Hired to replace siding and trim. Manager of the project was fired a few times during work and it really shows. So many small details are either unfinished or poorly done. Amateur cuts on the trim left gaps and old trim was not prep for paint or just left unpainted. They also smeared silicone to cover screws on the front face of the shingles, the whole house looks like it's covered in bird droppings. Plus they also damaged the roof and electrical boxes. Who knows what other things they skipped on, left me with a time bomb of problems that will takes years to show. I would not recommend. "
