I told them to get out of my house. I then called Rooter Pro Plumbing to come out and give me a quote. "Noticed a small amount of water in my hot water heater pan last week and knew it could let go at any moment and flood the basement so I called K&M. They came out the next morning (could have come out that afternoon but I was not available), got to work, removed the old tank and put in the new tank in a quick and professional manner. "Plumber Brian came to replace a leaky hot water heater valve. The old valve was plastic and had deteriorated. Brian brought in a heavy duty brass valve replacement and skillfully removed the old valve and installed the new one. He cut and replaced nearby pipes as needed and offered suggestions on keeping our hot water heater in service a little longer. He did a surpurb job. Really a skilled plumber."
