"I chose HDEZ Gabinets for my owner suite bathroom remodel. This contractor provided an all inclusive price for demo, subfloor repair, plumbing, electrical work, painting, custom cabinetry and shower glass. Some items were included or I received a credit if I provided the item myself. The subcontractors cleaned up as they worked and protected our home. The price was more than fair and Pedro stands by his work. Our bathroom is beautiful and we are already thinking about getting our kitchen done. I researched Pedro and his company thoroughly before hiring him. Because of my job, I need to trust who was brought in my home and I also see contractors take advantage of people. I wanted to be as certain as I could about this company. Added a couple of before pics to see the transformation."

"I had spoken to a few deck companies before I found Innovative Woodworks. Kindof amazing how many wanted to upsell me on a miriad of options as opposed to doing the job as defined. Dominick, owner, was so refreshing, he listened and answered my questions. He's not only has a friendly demeanor, but it is very knowledgeable !!! He discussed options and had good reasons for proposing his solution. His quote was FAST and accurate. Then, the 3 person crew came on time, cleaned up perfectly and WOW what a great job they did!! I would give them 6 stars if possible. He also did a small add-on job of replacing a deck board. I tried to remove it myself and bought the wrong board to fix it. Yes, it was literally minutes and he had the job done with a board he provided. My dad always said, I dont care how much you know, until I know how much you care. Dominick cares (and is wicked smart) ! I would use him again in a heartbeat."

"Everything went very well. Arthur and DeDe were both incredibly professional and accomodating. They helped me design the style of the deck and ensured my complete satisfaction. They were also respectful of my house and my time throughout the duration of the project. I would absolutely use them again for future deck and/or fencing needs."

"Daryl and his team were very professional and provided excellent customer service. His initial visit we discussed everything that we wanted to do and he was able to provide expert advice and consultation to the project. He spent A good deal of time making sure he had everything to provide an estimate but was able to give me a ballpark range same day. Within about a week we had an actual estimate and agreed to draft the paperwork and begin. The project started within 2 weeks of signing the contract which gave us enough time to do what we needed to start. The original plan was to demo the kitchen and replace all the cabinets, countertops, lighting and other electrical components. We were keeping all of our appliances expect the microwave. He also added a vent for the above range to vent outside which we didn’t have prior. We also demoed the first floor flooring which consisted of a mix of carpet, tile and laminate. Once the flooring was up we discovered some wood rot to the sub-flooring under the front door. This was an unexpected addition to the project but Daryls team was fully capable of taking care of it and we stayed on timeline. We also made a couple adjustments to the original plan including adding a raised bar top in three kitchen. Daryl quickly drafted an estimate for the additional projects so we didn’t waste any time. If something didn’t turn out how I wanted or liked we worked together to make it right. He was very responsive and again I can’t echo his stellar customer service enough. He really takes pride in what he does and his goal is to have a satisfied customer. The project ended up taking a little longer than planned with a couple hiccups but I am in love with the final product. I can’t thank Daryl and his awesome team enough. I would highly recommend them and have to my friends and family."

FAQs for sunroom or patio enclosure building service projects in Chestnut-mountain, GA

A sunroom is a fully enclosed space with walls of windows or glass. It allows you to enjoy the outdoors from the comfort of the indoors, protected from bugs and weather. It functions as an additional room in your home. A covered patio extends your home's roof over an outdoor area, providing shade and shelter while remaining open to the fresh air. It's a great way to enjoy outdoor living while being protected from sun and rain.

Adding screens to your porch is the most budget-friendly way to enclose it. Screening keeps out insects and debris while letting you enjoy the breeze and outdoor ambiance. It's less expensive than installing full walls or glass enclosures and doesn't usually require permits, making it an efficient way to upgrade your porch.

If you're transforming your porch into a fully enclosed living space like a sunroom, you'll likely need a sturdy foundation, such as a reinforced concrete slab, to support the structure. For a simple screened-in porch, you might be able to use the existing floor and support posts without additional foundation work. It's best to consult a professional to determine what's needed for your project.

An enclosed porch can be considered a living space if it's fully enclosed with solid walls and windows, has a proper roof, and includes heating and cooling systems. It should also have direct access from inside your home. When these criteria are met, the space becomes an extension of your home's livable area.
