"From the get-go, G Force Plumbing's customer service was so courteous and caring. I haven't experienced that beforehand. For instance, I just had work done by RS Andrews where the plumber servicing my work did a great job, but his administrative support team was really poor (each person had a different knowledge level about their services overall and how Angie's Lists offers work with their company), and their paperwork lacked some of the details the plumber said he would spell out. Not so with G Force Plumbing. The plumber, Raymond, is such a knowledgeable and caring person that he even took the time to review all the Angie's List offers, saving me hundreds of dollars I didn't know. Thank you, G Force! "They showed up for an emergency call on a Sunday. We had a major life event happening and they were super respectful of everything while working. They replaced the wax seal and fixed some other installation issues. Then they removed some insulation that had been soiled from under the bathroom. They guys were so pleasant, respectful and efficient."

"While the work New Image Flooring initially did seemed great, we quickly found a couple of problems with it. Namely, the washer they installed does not work: it leaks water all over our floor (actually damaged our new floor) and we are going to incur the additional expense of a plumber to fix it. New Image refuses to fix it, saying that they just installed the washer, and basically that they didn't guarantee it would work. This strikes me as a strange idea: that they would charge us to install something but not guarantee it would work. We will not work with them again, and do not recommend them. We are very disappointed."

"J & L Pro Flooring, did a great job in restoring our bathroom tile. Not an easy job, there was a total demolition of the pre existing tile that needed to be completed, as well as some uneven walls, that needed to be repaired. Alex, even took the time to meet me at Floor & Decor, to help me pick out my Tile, Grout, Molding, Drain Pan, Shower Floor and so many other little things needed. They have a 3 man work crew and arrived everyday as promised. They are very, very consciences of there work and will work with you to make it perfect. They also did a fabulous job of grouting and cleaning up. Just a nice family run, honest business. I would highly recommend this company, based on my above listed experience…"
