"Great. The contractor from Jimmy Gusky arrived on time and within 45 minutes had provided a full inspection and determined the unit was fine and had simply malfunctioned temporarily during several extremely hot day.s. So this saved me many thousands of dollars. Great experience."

"The cracked pipe ended up being between the first and second floor where drain pipes from the upstairs bathrooms came together in a Y-joint. The house is 45 years old and these old plastic pipes eventually crack from flexing, etc. which is exactly what had happened. Fred had to cut 10 inch wide strips in the drywall in the kitchen and bathrooms walls and ceilings to get at the area to replace the leak. He added some rubber sleeves to the new Y-joints to allow for some flexing of the house so this would not happen in the future. When all was done, the repair was $2300 and I had to hire a drywall contractor for another $500 to fix the drywall, but Fred was upfront about the price, the extent of the damage that would have to be done for the repair, and the need to fix the drywall after he left. While it really stinks to have to cough up almost $3K to for a leaking pipe, that's the cost of owning a home build in the 1970's with cheap materials and I was very impressed with the work done by Fred and his same day responsiveness. At least the leak was noticed right away so we did not have any water or mold damage to deal with."

"I called Remedy at 7:30am to request a new toilet installation, and they were able to get it done the same day at a very reasonable price. The technician took his shoes off before entering the house and kept his mask on the entire time. He was professional and courteous, as was the office personnel I spoke with. They removed the old toilet, installed the new toilet, processed the paperwork, and disposed of the old toilet, all in less than an hour. I would highly recommend Remedy Plumbing and will certainly use them again if needed."

"Kan and Puia arrived the same day as my call and completed an evaluation of services needed, in my case mostly a replacement hot water heater. They came back the next morning, put down drop cloths, did the work and made a suggestion for something that needed attention that we hadn't noticed. Very pleasant people to work with. Work was completed in good time with great attention to detail at a good price. It's good to have Kan in my contacts. I will definitely call him in the future. Thanks, Kan!"

"Fritz B. was my sales rep and he clearly knew what he was doing, including making a few minor recommendations that were in my financial interest. Easy to set up the scope of work. The grew was great, came in and did a great job, took about 6 hours. They even rerouted the exhaust flue for my hot water heater even though they did not replace the heater because the install guy Chris said "they did this dumb". Overall a great experience and I would recommend."

"Jamie our plumber arrived right on time & very efficiently performed three jobs for us. These included replacing a kitchen disposal, installing a vanity water faucet, flushing the water heater. He patiently explained each task and stayed until all were completed. We were so pleased we've entered into a service contract with Beacon Home Services."

"Mr. Brian Langford made all the arrangements with the installation of our gas hot water heater from Lowe's via McCarthy plumbing. He was extremely helpful, patient, professional and available to answer all questions. Due to his approach to his work, we will be working with both companies in the future. Only concern I have is the warranty between Lowe's and AO Smith Hot water heaters. Once the heater is installed, Lowe's severs ties. If there is a problem with the hot water heater, you cannot return it to Lowe's although it was purchased through them, this is clearly stated on the Hot water heater in bold writing."

"Marin the tech was great he was friendly and took his time to explain what happen with my water heater and how I could prevent the problem from happening again. I would differently ask for him again to service my water heater. Thank you Marin!!!"

"Chris was very easy to work with throughout the whole transaction hes very understanding and really wants to keep the customer happy! This company got to the job asp for me and my family! Thanks to you guys we no longer have a carbon monoxide leak!!"

"Joe (Franklin Plumbing) was very responsive; courteous; professional and did the job/tasks promptly as requested and promised. I would hire these guys again in a minute !! A very satisfied customer."
