"November of 2014, my wife, my son and our golden retriever moved to a new housing development in Martinsburg, West Virginia. We moved to a new two story home with a basement. The laundry room was located on the top floor. Unfortunately the code-required floor drain was not provided in the laundry room. On January 2, 2017 we had a flood in our home. The flood was caused by the water pipe connection which burst. The water migrated to the hallway and other areas in the master bed room, closets and the to the kitchen, family and dining rooms below. The kitchen ceiling had to be restored. We chose JC Smith, LLC builders from Angie’s List and we received two bids to repair the flood damage. The bid prices from both builders were close. We chose JC Smith, LLC because of the size of the firm. We were happy to choose them. The firm dedicated a team to work on our project and a project manager was assigned to lead this team. The team was professional, attentive and responsive to our needs, and fun to work with them. At the beginning of the project they explained the scope which included the cost, materials, and the project schedule. The work was done by experienced professionals, and they made every effort to make the construction activities not to interrupt our daily lives. We would gladly recommend JC Smith, LLC without hesitation."

"We called them in July just to get an idea on what refacing <br /> would cost us. After the estimate, we decided to have them come out and price <br /> out a full remodel, with a wall knocked out between the kitchen and dining <br /> room. We had also received an estimate from Home Depot. We looked over the <br /> plans, called the references, as well as checked with the MHIC.We decided in <br /> August to get the work done. After considering a full remodel, we asked if <br /> doing an expansion would be feasible, so after many weeks of ideas being <br /> emailed, we decided to do a full bump out off of the kitchen, and add a <br /> breakfast nook.  <br /> After the shell was completed, we were looking at the <br /> different siding samples, as well as trying to match the existing roof. It was <br /> at that point that we decided to replace the siding and the shingles on the <br /> roof. We were a bit wary about Green Solutions completing all of these jobs.  <br /> They started the work the second week of September and <br /> everything was completed around the 10th of November. We had <br /> everything done in time for Thanksgiving. From the initial meeting to the <br /> completion, we were very happy about the job. The crews were good about <br /> cleaning up every day. The communication with Dawn and Todd at the office was <br /> also good.  <br /> Going from a smaller refacing to a complete kitchen, roof, <br /> and siding was a big decision. Our home, now 40 years old, should be good to go <br /> for another 40 years. Our next project will be the windows, probably in 2 <br /> years.  <br /> Our salesman Joe, as well as the office staff of Todd and <br /> Dawn, kept in touch and handled our questions and concerns with professional <br /> and quick results."

"The sunroom is wonderful. The room is made in a factory with solid foam walls and the floor is 8" thick to keep out the cold. We had some rain come in during a storm as the construction had just started despite the tarps Bills team had in place. I called and he was here within the hour to help remedy the tarp replacement. The screens role up and the sliding windows make it easy to open for cross ventilation. I am very happy with the installation and the final product.The price was a little higher than I had hoped but all said I got a great value and an addition that will last."

"Brian and Jeremiah of Galaxy Construction did a fantastic job building our sunroom. They took a rough sketch and a basic idea and turned it into an awesome reality. They were polite, professional, and extremely easy to work with. Plus, they knew exactly what they were doing and they did it well. We couldn't be happier with the work they performed. They are honest, hard-working, all-around good guys, and I would have no problem hiring them again or recommending them to someone. We are very pleased with the services they performed. "The whole job went great. Terry was quick to reply upon initial contact, and was out shortly thereafter to provide an estimate--which was a great value in our opinion. Once work started, as projects go, there were a few things that came up along the way, which we were completely prepared for, as our house does not have an attic, and we assumed that there would be some things that were identified once the ceiling was breached. Terry and his crew handled everything they came across with professionalism and made sure we were walked through and shown everything that was recommended to correct.
