They explain all about roofing, product, if there will be any extra cost wood, look in your attic for damages, 3d pictures of your roof how it will look like after it's been done. Added extra ventilation where needed. Clean up was great. I have Dish, they paid the cost to have Dish come back out. There was no surprises! They delivered product one day, next day they removed old wood and replaced with new and extra ventilation. It's just beautiful! They went beyond did extra safety steps for the customer. My roof looks great, beautiful and I can't stop looking at it. We have the roof for Idaho weather not California. The cost is high but you will have a nice product you will not have to worry about for a very very long time. I would recommend this company they are a top quality roofing company."

"Rob gave me a quote on 6 Oct and by 15 Nov the job was completely done! I had a 30+ year old porch that I removed and needed to be replaced. Rob and his crew showed up two weeks early (after letting me know, of course) and started work. Work started early (7:30 ish) everyday and they were respectful of my property, efficient, and friendly. In just a few days, they had my new deck completed - very professional job, everything came out great - I am extremely pleased with the entire process, from the very first day that I met Rob to final completion. "The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"Chad Hendricks and the Ready Roofer Company did a great job getting me more out of my insurance policy to have the roof replaced. The insurance company was only going to pay half of the replacement cost. The Ready Roofer team negotiated on my behalf so I only had to pay my deductible. They did a great job replacing the roof in Jan. Their communication skills were unbelievably assume throughout the entire process. I highly recommend them."

Our point of contact was Gary Courtright who did an excellent job in communicating, estimating, and coordinating the repairs and roofing shingle replacement for our rather large and expansive home in Fruit Heights, Utah, where in some years, the canyon winds through our town can exceed 100 MPH.  After 25 satisfactory years on our old roof, we contracted Kimball to complete some extensive roofing plywood repairs, re-flashing, re-membraning, and re-edging of the entire 6,000 SF roof.  Per Gary's expert advice, plus Louie and Rohojolo outstanding installation, we ended up with a very attractive and fully sealed roof that will probably last twice as long as our previous roof.  We now have a Tamko 50 year architectural shingled and ridged roof that can now withstand winds up to 150 MPH.  SUPER. JOB WELL DONE !
