"We have a 45+ year old house, with 3" pipes and T connectors, so the line has clogged repeatedly over the years. This time was particularly difficult, but Joe worked through the issues, including some surprises (old clean out hidden in ventilation) and consulted with me on options. "This was my first experience with J&S Plumbing, and I was very pleased. The outside discharge pipe from my basement sump pump had developed a leak and was flooding my yard.
