"Outdoor electrical outlet kept tripping the GFCI frequently but with no apparent pattern. Couldn't tell if it was the items plugged into the GFCI, the GFCI itself, another GFCI on the same line, or something else. The technician was very methodical in his approach and was able to identify the problem as a bad underground line between two of the GFCIs. Not an easy one to solve. The wires were inside metal conduit but somehow water had gotten inside the conduit. Once the cause was determined, he knew exactly what needed to be done. The technician was professional, easy to talk to and did an excellent job. Pricing was very reasonable. I am very pleased with the work and would call them again for future electrical needs."

"Responded immediately to the request to install an outdoor electrical outlet. Was able to complete the job on the spot after reviewing our need. He was pleasant and worked efficiently. I would highly recommend him for services."

"Devon was able to schedule an appointment to come take a look at the outlets in my home in just a couple days from when I reached out. He explained things as needed and was thorough in the work. I have him saved as the guy to call for any future electrical work I may need. I greatly appreciate the time and work provided."

"Assessed all outlets and changed those that were improperly installed and could damage things plugged into them, and grounded the outlets that were not grounded. 19 recepticles in all. Price was good and arrived on time, and clean."

"We had an electrical issue on Black Friday and I was shocked I was able to get help that same day and did not pay holiday or emergency rates!"

"I contacted via their website, got a callback the next day and scheduled the visit for today. Bob appeared on time and completed the outlet repair, then looked at a bathroom sconce that wasn't functioning. He got the sconce working and recommended purchasing LED bulbs. I would definitely use again."

"The Neighborhood Electric crew was on time; worked quickly and efficiently. They kept us informed as to what was being done and asked us questions to be sure they were doing the job as we wanted it. Very pleased with their work and the results."

"6 Stars! Joseph was great! He came in and surprised us. He actually reviewed our circuit panel before performing any work. I've hired other electricians, and they'd come in and quickly start opening wall or light outlets without understanding what they might be getting into. This indicated to me Joseph was a Professionalism. He wanted to know what he was getting into before just removing outlets. He also provided some minor recommendations for our panel such as some wire management to clean up our panel a bit. In the end, he resolved a couple of electrical matters we were experiencing. One being a 2-way light switch that wasn't working properly. He fixed it very easily (easy for him). Second, he resolved a bedroom outlet that wasn't working. (again, easy for him). We'll be hiring Joseph again in the coming days to install smart WiFi breakers in our panel box so that we can manage our breakers and monitor the home electricity usage on each floor and room from our phones."

"Michael got the job done ✅ I appreciate him going over and beyond and picking up new switches for my ceiling fans!"

"Power House Electric has been nothing but professional, reliable and efficient. Alton and his crew of electricians have completed multiple jobs for me at different locations. They completed ceiling fans, and lights, electrical fixtures and outlets. Completed these projects correctly and for a fair price, as a landlord is always great having a reliable, honest electrician."
