Due to the severity of the problem of my tenant's only washroom, it was placed out of commission. To my surprise, they agreed to come out on Sunday (Father's Day) to rod out the main drian line for the washroom allowing my tenants to use the washroom until the major repair was performed. A Solution returned Monday and completed the repair. All work was done in a professional manner and met all municipal codes.
