"Company called me almost immediately and gave me a fair quote over the phone to replace our kitchen faucet. Appointment was scheduled for installation less than 24 hours after first call. Technician was prompt, clean and courteous. Will definitely recommend and use this company again if I need them."

Customers say: True professional

"I had a slow leak/dripping valve and the main shutoff valve was original and in need of replacement as it was very old and I was afraid of breaking off the handle or it failing when needed. There was also a corroded section of galvanized pipe coming directly out of the old valve so I was worried about it potentially failing at an especially inconvenient time and being unprepared for future emergencies. <br /> Charlie and his assistant showed up as scheduled for their appointment and completed the replacement with an improved configuration.  <br /> Charlie offered some extra observations and pieces of information and advice not all directly related to the job and answered all my questions about the plumbing work. <br /> I was happy to be able to get this done through Charlie's as he was very pleasant to work with. <br />"

"Being a woman homeowner is hard. I usually have to steel myself for any home repairs I hire someone for as it usually involves a man talking down to me or assuming I’m not the decision maker. Nathan was kind, respectful, and communicative. He answered my questions as I had them, and spoke to me ad a collaborator. You would do well to hire Triangle Plumbing."

"I could not ask for a better experience from a plumbing contractor. The technician, Tony, was prompt, courteous, extremely quick in assessing the problem and getting my old water heater replaced. Valerie, who was the phone representative that took my initial call, was so helpful and kind to me. Not to mention, their pricing was very reasonable and more than competitive in our market. I will certainly be using Young Plumbing again for my home and I am going to spread the word to my neighbors and friends if they need a great plumber. Just a very satisfying experience on every aspect of their service."

"on time, and knowledgeable the technician did the job well. Also, I had a problem changing the furnace filter. The filter was getting stuck when taking it out or installing. He repaired that too."

FAQs for faucets, fixtures and pipes repair or replace projects in Chicago Heights, IL

A minor, easily accessible leak can be resolved in about three hours, while a large or hard-to-reach leak may take up to three days. If flooring or cabinets need to be built back, the timeline can run several weeks to cover material deliveries and installation. Every job begins with detection, proceeds to repair, and concludes with restoring your foundation’s strength.

Slab leaks are most common in areas where the ground is in motion, such as those prone to earthquakes or highly expansive soils. In places like California, constant shifting puts stress on foundations and pipes. Stay ahead of trouble by monitoring your water bill, inspecting visible slab edges, and scheduling routine inspections to catch leaks early and maintain your home's safety.

Keep an eye out for damp spots, rising water bills, the sound of running water when taps are off, or staining and sagging along the foundation. Check exposed slab edges during routine walk-arounds and note any uptick in indoor humidity or pest traffic. The moment something looks off, call a pro—fast action protects your slab and wallet.

Most policies cover slab-leak repairs tied to a covered event, such as earthquakes, severe storms, or a fallen tree. They often won’t cover gradual issues, such as root intrusion or corrosion-related pinhole leaks. Every policy is different, so be sure to contact your carrier for the fine print before any problems arise.
