"Week before last we thought we had a clogged toilet.. It was apparently the main sewer line. We called a commercial franchise plumber out and $550 later we thought everything was fixed. This was on a Thursday. By the following Monday we were experiencing the same thing. We call them back out because it was a 6 month warranty. They diagnosed the issue stating we needed to get the main sewer line ( about 1-3 feet) replaced and they would need to dig a huge hole in the basement and etc.. Estimate was more than a small car. I called around to a few other companies and got more expensive quotes. I called A1 Patrick's Plumbing & Sewer Services - Plumbing Contractor & Plumbing Installation and he came out the same night ( last tuesday) and gave me a resonable quote for the same services. When I tell you I am so glad I called this man. My house is 70 years old and my family has lived here for 26 years. This sewer line was CLOGGED... his team dug the hole, replaced the pipes, cleaned them out and discovered tree roots and 4 feet of stuff that shall not be named. He & his team installed a cleanout in case this happened again we wouldn't have an issue getting it cleaned. This company hands down had excellent service and the owner was respectful, nice and delivered what he promised plus a 10 year warranty ."

"Really well, while they did not call me when they were on their way as I was told, i have to say that the crew was very careful and very fast. They bent over backwards to help. Initially I thought it was going to be a more complicated rooting job, for which I hired them. They were supposed to flush the pipes that connected the sink drain to the grease trap. What ended up happening was that the pipes were broken. A second crew came in the very next day and excavated until they found the broken pipe and fixed it. The whole excavation was done in 6 hrs and it was not a small job. They had to cut out cement and excavate a 5 x 5 hole in the ground. Very pleased. The 1st group team lead - Kevin, was very professional. The second one was very good as well. I will definitely call them again. My impression was that their crews really knew what they were doing. they managed my expectations and kept me well informed through the process."

Q called be back later and said that they had a flat tired and showed up five hours later. I had them to put in a new ejector pump. I call them to rot out my main sewer line and left messages to call be back but Joseph never did. The customer service was very poor. I will not use them again or recommend them."

"Nice workers but there were a number of items that were never completed that were specifically written out on the quote before they started any work. Unfortunately I paid in full before I had a chance to go out and inspect the property after the job was complete. I never even got a call or email back from their main office regarding my complaints. I should have been refunded or charged less since they didn't do all the things they said they would as it relates to the drainage tile system that they installed. They did an ok job but not a good one. I had to get another professional to come by and fix some of their work."
