"The gutters and covers were great."

"Newell Construction replaced the flooring and updated my kitchen bathrooms and multiple other areas in need of improvement. He went over and above and had many suggestions to improve the look and functionality. I highly recommend him"

Hello my name is Jonathan Colucci and I am a sheet metal construction worker out of Ocala Florida looking to pick up any kind of side work. I am a jack of all trades and can do a little bit of everything. If there is anything you need Repaired, installed or Built send me a message and ill see if I can help.

"Everyone at Solar Shield was very nice and professional. We had a few concerns when the moisture barrier was installed and we still had rain in our bedroom. Frank got it corrected the next day, and finished the roof the following week. The good news: very nice looking roof with no more leaks. The bad news: we got pictures of the hurricane straps installed and had the roof inspected by our insurance company. They found that the hurricane straps installed were not up to their standards and neither was the moisture barrier. They also found multiple slats (we didn’t have decking that covered the whole roof - old house) that were split and compromised during the work, so we were unable to qualify for any insurance discounts. Overall, we have a nice looking roof - top of the line from Solar Shield Industries. Hopefully, it will last a lifetime. But unfortunately, we have some decking remediation that needs to be done and we still need hurricane straps, which will probably be clips now. Not a big enough deal for me to raise a stink. I can retro clips and repair the few decking issues from the attic & under siding. And apparently, the moisture barrier is just not what the insurance company accepts as a “moisture barrier.”"

"Creative Concepts, came out to our property on the river to give a free quote. The owner/crew leader Nic was very attentive and knowledgeable and gave a good price. Creative concepts finished the project timely and correctly. Even came out to trim the roof overhang we decided we wanted shorter for free. Good people, would recommend. Will use again."

"Luke was amazing. He gave us a quick quote that was reasonable. He started and worked when he said he would. He kept us updated and sent pictures afterward. The quality of his work was excellent. I was so pleased with his work. He went above and beyond by doing a couple extra things for us as we were out of state. I would and will recommend him to anyone looking for a professional quality painter!"

"Vince was very professional - on time, great communication, and friendly. I would gladly (and will!) hire Vince again to do all kinds of work around the house. He also replaced several broken window panes around my home and was really a pleasure to work with."

"Mark came to my house early and did a very fine job repairing the rain-leaking roof vent pipe. His fee was very reasonable. I intend to use his service in the future as needed."

"Tim was very responsive from day one.  The job was on a cabin about 3 hours from where I live and he updated me regularly on the progress of the work. With the rain we have had this summer, the job turned into much more than he had bargained for (or quoted for)...but he stuck with it until the job was completed.  The work he did for me turned out great and I would highly recommend him to anybody looking for a hard working and honest contractor who does excellent work.
