"I've used Floodbusters twice in the last two years. The first time they came out and sealed a crack in my utility room to exposed concrete. The job was solid, but the sealant they used looked a bit sloppy. I called and the same week they came out and painted over it. Now it looks good! This was in 2019. This past February 2020 I had them come out again, this time they had to remove drywall to access where the crack was. Two different men came out then the first time. They did a pretty good job. All I need now is for my drywall to be replaced and another successful job will have been done and in the books. I really appreciate this company and highly recommend!"

"I contacted them via phone and left a message describing the job I wanted done . They phoned me a couple of days later and asked about the size of the tree and the location so they would know
what tools were needed. They said that sometimes they need to use the truck to pull the roots up. I gave them a description of the tree and its location and they quoted me a price of $210 over the phone. I sent them a picture via my iphone of the tree and the road in front of my house. They reviewed the picture and said they could do the job. I really appreciated discussing the job with them on the phone as another company I called did not.They said they could do it the next day in the late morning and I told them to come on out! They arrived at my house around 10 am and they were able to make quick work of the job. They  first cut the tree down with a chain saw and then dug the roots out with a pick axe and did not have to use the truck.They didn't damage any of the surrounding plants in my flower  bed. They also dumped some topsoil I had bought into the hole left by the roots. They took all debris with them and cleaned up my sidewalk afterward. They were very friendly and efficient. They did a great job!

"Project is beautiful. Porch is tiered and angles into the yard perfectly and matches a deck they built for us last summer. They also installed pavers and hauled away an old shed. Frank Winters is easy to talk to and has good sound ideas. He also is very responsive and communicates well when changing times or schedule. "I purchased two coupons for a total of 5 hours to hang the cabinets in my garage, install shoe moulding and patch two bathroom ceilings where I had the exhaust fans replaced.  It was decided that since the cabinets might be heavy, it would be best to have two technicians come out at one time.  One arrived about 20 minutes early, which was fine and the other just a few minutes after 2pm.  The first one immediately got to work installing the cabinets and was able to do it without his partner by setting the cabinet on another cabinet and some blocks of wood.  The installation only took a little over an hour and looks great.  He then installed the shoe moulding in a bedroom where we had installed wood flooring.  There are a couple of gaps where the wood comes together, which could have been cut a little better, but overall it looks fine.
While this work was being done, Bryan got to work patching the holes in the ceiling left behind from a prior exhaust fan that had been quite a bit larger and round.  That work wasn't quite as well executed, but overall I'm happy with Myriad.

Mr. Nooney came to look at the problem within two days of our first contact. He discussed
all the possible causes, and said he would not be able to determine exactly how
much work was needed until he began the work. He scheduled us for just over one
week later.
 
He and his crew arrived as promised and began to investigate two potential trouble spots.  One area was benign while the second required attention.  The roofing around fireplace chimney was improperly installed.  Jon and
his crew diagnosed the problem, installed new flashing and replaced both the tar paper and shingles in the affected area. 
The entire cost was under $400. 
The area was left neat and all debris was cleared.
