"I hired Bryan to remodel the small master bath in my condo. I originally contacted him in 2018, but due to other issues within my home I had to place this project on hold. One year later I contacted Bryan again, and he was ready to place me on his schedule in two weeks. The price was just slightly higher from the original quote, which was to be expected. His contracts are strait forward and easy to understand. He and his crew are great. They were respectful of the time they started/finished daily due to parking restrictions in my area. Cleaned up the work area every day. Any issues he encountered were discussed so there would be no surprises at the end. They are pros in every sense of the word. The finished product looks great. "We hired Countertops by Nathan to complete a bathroom remodel for us. This project had previously been started by another contractor with disastrous results. We hired Nathan and his crew to start over again. They made a masterpiece out of a disaster! Nathan was very responsive in all of our interactions. He was willing to offer his expert advice but was not overbearing when it came to the design of the project. When they called back with the estimate, we were surprised at how affordable they were. During the construction, one thing that stood out to us was the fact that they communicated with us well on every step of the project. We knew exactly what days they were going to be working and what times they would be in our house. We also noticed that Nathan and his crew hold themselves to a high standard as far as quality goes. After the completion of the project, we discovered a minor error. When we contacted Nathan, his son was literally at our house within 10 minutes to correct the problem. Then, the next day, Nathan called us to let us know that he had been thinking about the problem. While they initially thought they had corrected it, he believed that there was a bigger problem. He was willing to come back that very same day to correct the problem. We believe that this shows the character of Nathan and his crew. We thought that the problem had been corrected. We probably would have never discovered the problem. But Nathan knew that it was not done properly and wanted to make things right. We would hire this company again in a heartbeat. My wife is already thinking about the next project that she can have them complete!!"

"We hired Terry to remodel our ~50 sqft bathroom. It took about 3.5 weeks to complete. This was around the holiday season. There was very good communication throughout the project and a formal contract was agreed upon and signed for protection of both parties involved. He laid the floor and wall tiles really good even though some had some slight measurement discrepancies. He also offered suggestions on some of the ideas we had which helped us adjust design decisions as the project progressed. He didn’t have a problem installing any of the fixtures we ordered for the project either. Now I do have to provide some constructive feedback even in this five star review. The wood used for our recessed cabinet that was added to the bathroom was rough/poor quality and required a lot of sanding to get it somewhat smooth and prepped for staining we did after he finished his work. We also had to do some minor drywall touch up around the door we added to our bathroom. Some small negatives in our eyes but the project was a major success and we would hire him again."
