"The service was for 707 Moore St  45044 appt at noon-2pm 8/27.  I called office @ 12:45 & was told that they would be there asap.  Got call from home in Springboro telling me that person came there.  The sales person finally got to Moore St.  He told me that they could not seal the windows because they needed trimmed out.  He told me he would email me a quote to do new siding, gutters, etc. that I should get it by  Fri 8/30.  Did not get a quote.  I am requesting a refund of $149.00.
