"I would absolutely recommend water heater express to anybody that needs a water heater replacement. As luck would have it they were able to replace my tankless the same day I called which was great because that way whenever my wife got home from her work trip she had hot water for her much needed R&R in the tub when she got home."

"The service man tested my water and found that my water softener was indeed working."

"Scott was on time and very professional. He examined the current installation of the toilets and provided me with options to address the problem and install new toilets. I enjoyed meeting him and appreciated his expert opinions. I am still getting estimates and will certainly keep this company at the top of my list. Scott is very easy to communicate with and will brighten your day with his smile."

"Part of the reason we chose them was a deal we saw on the website. However, when they came out to provide a quote, we didn't qualify. Just left a bad taste in my mouth and being able to trust any 'deals' being mentioned in the future. However the service and installation by the installer was excellent. Super nice and thorough. Water heater runs great."

"Replace water heater with tankless"

"

Based on the favorable reviews of other members, I called three providers at noon. Unlike the other two, owner Scott Martin returned my call within 20 minutes even, as I learned later, he was away on vacation. I explained my heater had burst and needed quick replacement. I brought up the possibility of installing a tankless heater. He asked about my household make-up and usage, and advised the extra expense would not be cost-effective. He is a Rennai Tankless dealer/installer! He said he might be able to get a technician available in 2 hours and would call me right back. He did, and we arranged for a 4 pm installation.

His tech, Michael called 15 minutes beforehand reporting a traffic delay and he arrived soon after 4. He was very professional and, working alone,  completed the removal and replacement by 7. He checked the connections, discovered a small leak, and fixed that. We had hot water that evening. Scott did not charge extra for an emergency call that ran over into the evening; and, he applied an additional discount for my having found him through Angie's List!

The next day I discovered another small leak, called Scott and Michael was there and had it fixed by 1 pm.

I can't thank Scott and Michael enough for their responsiveness and professionalism. THAT'S how to run...and grow... a business!

"Cory installed a free standing bathtub for us, and it looks amazing. He and his team are professional, prompt, and courteous. Would definitely hire him again and recommend him to any of our friends with plumbing needs. Don t hesitate to call him."

"Contacted Pro Plumbing Heating and Air through Home Advisor on a Sunday. They called Monday morning and were at work by 10:00 AM. Roger Kendrick did a review of all our plumbing and discovered the inlet water re-stricter was allowing 20 lbs too much water pressure. Fixed toilet and replaced old whole house water shut-off and installed new pressure reducer. Roger was professional, focused and very personable. This was my first experience with Pro Plumbing Heating and Air. It won't be my last."
