"JC came to do an estimate and did the work on the same day. Very friendly and very reasonable prices. Will definitely hire him again."

"They did a great job! They were very easy to talk to and very helpful planning the landscaping design. They always let you know when they would be there or if they were running late. We really appreciated that. I would hire them again ."

"Sergiy and his crew are great! I am remodeling my kitchen and they completed a handful of projects for me. They care about their work quality and are very professional. Sergiy was transparent with what work was being done and the associated costs. I would highly recommend Sergiy and his team!"

I have been working construction since I was young, I take pride in my work and treat every job as if I was working on my own house.

"Albert came out and gave me quote, and seemed very courteous, but said I was outside his normal service area of the city of Charlotte. He agreed to do the work in two weeks, and said he would call to confirm. he never called or showed. I called back the following week, and again he scheduled a day to come out. He never called or showed. I had to request refund today because it has been 30 days since I purchased it."

"It all went very well. I called Jim on Monday, Tuesday he had a guy come give me an estimate and by Wednesday at noon the work was done. The crew was nice and did a great job installing the covers and replacing my damaged gutter. They explained why the gutters they replaced were holding water -- poor installation by builders -- and actually adjusted the alignment of my other gutters to optimized the water flow. I didn't even know I had misaligned gutters. All in all I am a satisfied customer."

"My husband and I recently had a consultant, Jennifer Verkon, from Southern Traditions Window Fashion come to our house to give us a quote on shades for our deck. Jennifer arrived right on time and gave us several options. We were so excited we gave her a deposit right away! However, the next day after looking over our financial obligations we decided to cancel our order. Jennifer was very patient with us and found some more options for us and gave us more time to think about our decision. Unfortunately, we did cancel the order. Jennifer was very professional and never made us feel guilty or bad. She helped with the refund process and within a week we received confirmation of our refund. While it certainly was not intentions to cancel this order when we started, it just ended up to be the best choice for us. We feel this company should be applauded for supporting their customers IN ALL situations and just does THE RIGHT THING. We certainly would come back to this company! So refreshing to find a company that you can really TRUST!"

"EXCELLENT WORK! I scheduled to have the interior of my house painted and the pergola/landscaping timbers painted out back. I had a bunch of dents in my walls due to the kids I have. This company did a really great job of filling the holes and painting plus their proces were economical as well. They were prompt and worked efficiently to get the job done! I would definitely hire again plus they mentioned that they do exterior siding!"

"Our is 2.5 storey and steep roof. Owner visited and without getting on roof told me that you need to replace 2 flashings. The house is 9 years old and according to him ( I am not sure) it is better to replace flashing after 10-12 years any way. I think flashing should have same about 30 years life of roof. However, I accepted the recommendation as cost was $150. Also, I don't think they inspected or did anything on other side of the roof. He sent Brian in the following week to carry out work. Brian is really hardworking honest guy. He spent about 4 hours on roof to replace flashing and nail down singhles on one side of roof. I was not happy since they didn't even look at other side of roof. Since my $200 +79 was worth their effort of 4 hours I am OK with the service provided. However, I felt that they are giving this deal to generate more business. and chnging of flushing was not necessary. Anyway I was happy with Brian and hence I am giving A other wise I would have given B."

"We had the handyman fix some wood rot around our front door and window. It was a fairly complicated bit of repairwork work and he did a great job. He was prompt, courteous and professional. We will definitely use him again in the future for other projects around the house."
