"Really happy with the service. Adrian was kind, thorough, and made sure everything was explained clearly."

"Immediate response and scheduling. They came out and repaired the ceiling fan quickly and efficiently. Very professional. I highly recommend them."

"As other reviews have stated the office staff is not responsive. I called on February 1st and was told the estimator was not available and I would receive a return call. I waited 8 days without a call so I called again. The receptionist "Candice" was able to find my information but did not offer any explanation as to why nobody called. She said that they could have somebody out this afternoon and that it would be $185 for 2 hours of troubleshooting and any repair so I agreed. I mentioned Angie's List and the coupon on the page that was for electrical - $20 off service of $150 or more. She told me it was an old coupon for solar. I explained it said electrical then she said it was expired so I told her there was no date on it. Finally she said they were not part of Angie's List anymore and that they would not honor the coupon. Kylar and Keith were the 2 technicians who came. Kylar called ahead and told me when they expected to be here. They were punctual and friendly. They determined that it was not the breaker but that there was a short in one of the wires leading to the breaker. Unfortunately they were not able to determine where the wire ran so they just disconnected the wire that was causing the breaker to trip. (In their defense I had not been able to find any plugs or switches that were not working since the breaker had tripped). They handled the other issue quickly as well. I was happy Keith and Kylar but disappointed in the poor response from the office staff and the refusal to honor the coupon."

"Job was done right and on time. Very professional staff and excellent communication throughout. Highly recommend!"

"Ricardo is the best electrician I?ve ever hired. Was very professional and friendly to talk to. Honest pricing for a meter panel upgrade. Did what he said he was going to. Also checked out some lighting fixtures I wanted to get installed in my home as I?ve had several quotes and they were just outrageously priced but he gave me the best price out of 6 electricians! Will definitely hire Rick for all my future electrical needs!!"

"The electricians installed two outlets and one LED light fixture in a very professional manner. They provided good advice and suggested that I consider rejunvenating my electrical panel as my home is now 26 years old without pressuring me to have it done immediately. I will definitely consider Trout Electric when I decide to have it done."

"I feel really safe and at ease after my safety home inspection. Dave was very helpful with any questions or concerns I had. He was very polite and professional. I will definitely be utilizing Mr. Electric’s services again. I will also be recommending to friends and family. Thanks Mr. E!!!"
