"We called and got an appointment for inspection immediately. Andres came out right during the appointment window, inspected the premises for about an hour, and explained all the termite evidence to me. Most pest control companies do not have anyone to do the woodwork and I was happy to not have to arrange for a separate handyman. Andres sent an email estimate and also a mailed estimate. We arranged spraying of the two small attic spaces, remediation of the wood on the balcony and some of the house siding, and requested spraying the interior for silverfish which they included at no extra charge. We were also given a 10% discount as Angies List customers! The crew came out right on time and the work was done within three hours. My only minor quibble is that, although I appreciated having them do the woodwork, the finishing paint was not done all that carefully. Other than that, though, good job."

We originally contracted them to remodel our master bath room and during the remodeling, we were very happy with how they work and manage our remodeling project that we decided to also remodel our kitchen while the other remodeling was in progress. Zohar had wonderful ideas and solutions which ended up with a superb job and more than that… a lot more above our expectations! The kitchen remodeling project was a hard project because they had to do some structural modifications to the ceiling by raising it up to be leveled with in our entry ceiling which at the end, it create a large entrance, modernizing the living room and kitchen by opening walls, tearing the old floor, removing the old fireplace while building a modern and classic new fireplace. This remodeling project allow us to develop a trust relationship with Zohar and his team. During the work and even before the work started, Zohar helped us with all the design ideas and helped us stay within our budgets and all the people who were involved in the work, were honest enough when they felt they could not do something. "We hired Cielo Construction to remodel our kitchen and few other items at our house. We must mention here that we had no problem or issue with them of any kind. Dylan from the company was our head person that managed and handled everything in the project. Dylan also made sure that our budget will remain the same and without any change although we did some changes to the original remodeling plan. "He worked with my wife. He had already had a long day and we were the last call. He had a bit of an attitude to start. Did not understand what my wife wanted so she had to take him to another room I’m our house to show him. He did not have how own ladder so we had to provide him a ladder to complete the work. When I got home he was almost done and my wife notice he put the wrong color fan blades facing down. He processed to argue with my wife that this was the side she wanted facing down & refused to switch them and I was their to witness his attitude. At this time I just had him quickly finish up and leave. He did not offer to clean up the mess from the install. I paid him by Zelle app and he left. I would definitely not use or recommend him again. Also now I will need to take apart the fan again to fix that blade color."

"Jeff Goldman is to home patios as Pavarotti is to opera. He is an artist that is unique in this industry. In need of a new deck, I called three different contractors. One never returned my call. One came out and showed me what I considered to be inferior materials for the project. The last contractor to come out was Jeff. Not only was he on time, but he came prepared. Samples of nearly component that go into a patio cover. Prices. Ideas: originally, we were going to just replace the deck. But Jeff suggested another way to go, that would in effect increase the utility of the downstairs patio. Great idea. And great execution, now that it is built. Jeff?s crew is polite, and they leave a clean worksite at the end of the day. Jeff is involved in every stage of the process, and we had a final ?walk-through inspection? prior to final payment. Jeff knows this business thoroughly (it is a family business), and it is clear that he enjoys what he does. He has a showroom in Tustin that is worth going to for ideas.
