"Repairman was very efficient and knowledgeable."

"Phil came out to our home and looked at our washer that was broken. After finding out what was wrong with our washer he helped us evaluate the cost of the part and labor, the age of the washer and the cost of a new washer. We ended up buying a new washer. I appreciated Phil's honesty, he could have suggested we fix it and had a source of income if it broke again, instead he gave us our options and let us choose what was best for us! Thanks for being honest, reliable and responsive Omega Force Appliance repair!"

"I LOVE Neli. I've used them three times now. Harmond (my Neli service man) is a joy to work with and an absolute walking encyclopedia of appliance repair. Our thirty-year-old washer are dryer are running like new, at a fraction of the cost of replacing them."

"Tevin was the first response to our washer problem and was thorough and , super knowledgeable. He is the best customer service we have experienced in 5 years. I would HIGHLY recommend him and will use him anytime we have a need or have someone who needs a repair referral!"

"The washer was repaired in 5 minutes and it was completely ready to use. Awesome work by Brent he knows appliances. Went to the refrigerator and he checked out a couple of things asked a question or two to assess the problem. He checked out the thermostat, and said it needed replacing, it was shot. A couple of days later I received a call to set up the appointment, set it up and when Brent and his trainee arrived, they replaced the thermostat and told us to wait 4-6 hours for the refrigerator to cool down to the proper temperature and we could fill it. I was very impressed with the professionalism of both gentlemen. Would have them return for any repairs in the kitchen or laundry. We had the washer repaired for the service call fee. The refrigerator fee was discounted due to the fact that it was a second appliance that I added onto the original repair a couple of days later. So, when they showed up to do the repairs they knew I had two appliances to repair going in. I highly recommend Brent, I can't recall the trainee's name. But he did a lot of the refrigerator repair when they returned with the parts."

"I am really pleased. Easiest, best service call since I bought this old house 4 months ago. A different company had to come out to clean out the drains a few weeks back and must have disturbed some old corrosion at the thread point resulting in a leak. That guy put some plumber's putty on it but told me it would need a permanent fix. Called Burkhardt this morning because I noticed some oozing at the putty. They didn't give an estimate up front but said the visit to look at it would be no charge. The owner's son-in-law and another young guy showed up on time, gave me 2 prices for fixes ($135 and $185). I OKed the full fix @ $185, they got the job done in a little over an hour at exactly that price. Nice, friendly, clean, straightforward. Even gave me some 2 minute advice on my toilet flapper and my washer drain without acting like it was a hassle. They were great."

"After getting a bid from Cady this summer, I hired them to do some work on my house (clean gutters, install gutter covers I'd purchased and fix a piece of siding). They agreed to do the work on September 10 at 1:00 p.m. They didn't show, and they didn't return my calls over the next couple of days. I felt they wasted my time. I gave them an F rating here and moved on to look for other handyman companies. Except that finding another company turned out to be easier said than done (the ones I contacted didn't serve my area or didn't want to do work on a 2-story house or were booked for months). A week later, my contact at Cady called to apologize. He said he'd gone out of town and the people back at the office dropped the ball. He offered to do the work for a reduced fee. I hadn't hired another company and was starting to wonder if I'd find one before winter, so I agreed to hire them. Two workers showed up as promised on September 21. They did a great job and were knowledgeable and personable. My husband and I were very happy with the work, and we would hire them again.

"Service was within the usual window, and was excellent-focused on work, respectful, answered my questions clearly and was helpful about source of problem with our dishwasher.  Very helpful"

"Washer broke late Friday afternoon. I called them and had the option of Friday after 4 pm or Saturday morning. I chose Saturday. Repairman came on time, but it turned out it was cheaper to buy new than repair it. I would definitely call them again. Very knowledgeable and honest."

"Sears Home Improvement Products have washers and fittings to repair washing machines and such. The staff seem real knowledgeable and they were friendly with my son when my son was asking the sort of questions he asks everyone! The pricing is reasonable."
