"The remodel went very well. Everything was done impeccably and Chad provided all receipts for expenses. He is a perfectionist and takes great pride in his work. The house looks fantastic and I am very happy with the final result."

"Bill was great. I bought a foreclosed home that was in need of serious repair. He came in with a very detailed plan and budget. As the remodel progressed I added additional jobs for him and he did them all with no problems. He has great ideas and solutions. He even came back when I needed him for other general repairs. He is always available for questions. He's a jack of all trades and very trustworthy. I will use him again for sure."

"Well, I am the one who has stolen Sebastian away for the last 10 months. My brother passed away and left behind a house that was dilapidated and in a total state of disrepair. It literally was a house that most would say to just knock down and start over. As it was a big job, I got several estimates. Sebastian was different than the rest, His bid was not the lowest. It was not the highest either. But, what set him apart from the rest was his willingness to go out of his way to assist. I live in Washington state. You cannot get much further away from the project I was about to take on, and I needed someone willing to help with my need to feel hands-on, even from this great distance. I had not even hired him yet when he went back and measured a room just so he could answer a question for me. (Was the dining room big enough to be converted into a bedroom?) When the city cited the house for an issue, Sebastian jumped in right away to assure I met the city's deadline. From there, I asked him to take over the whole project and i relied quite heavily on him. To say it was a monumental project would be an understatement. This house was jacked up and stripped to the studs. It is almost 100% new and absolutely nothing went untouched. He was there every step of the way, collaborating and advising. He had feedback and suggestions that helped shaped the house into what it became. He sent me many, many pictures and videos to keep me in the loop. He readily and easily took my direction and swiftly executed any requests. He problem-solved and came up with creative ideas. Nothing phased him and he always fixed any problem that arose. He did not upcharge me for materials and used his connections to secure me the very best prices. He was a great communicator and was always quick to respond. He was on this job for just over 10 months and rarely took a day off. No vacation. He was very dedicated to the project. This project ended up being about twice as mush as we had planned, but the house was literally filled with awful surprises and poor workmanship from previous contractors. In no way could I fault Sebastian for that. No one could foresee what was within the walls. I am convinced that no other contractor would have taken the time and energy he did to assure that everything was corrected and up to code. The house is now very, very solid and beautiful. She looks totally new. She just gleams. And so much credit goes to Sebastian and his crew for that. I literally could not have done this without him. His knowledge and influence made my house the best it could possibly be, with long-lasting and timeless finishes. She is now built to last. The house is going into the rental market. I am quite jealous of the person who will have the privilege of renting it. Vendor after vendor has commented on how great it looks. And the new property manager said it was "very impressive." Sebastian has every right to be proud of the work he has done here. I know I am. I cannot wait to work with him again. I would very much like to convert the garage into living space. Hire him while you can. When we are ready, we are going to steal him back, so take your moment now before it is too late!"

"We enjoyed working with Charles very much! From our first talks you could see and feel the passion he has for what he does. We talked about what we wanted done, Charles listened and offered his advise. He was right there every time we called him with questions and what nots. Charles and his crew were there on time every day! (That was heaven). He will go with you to help pick out the right product for your job. We were out of town for the most part of this renovation, Charles would stay in constant contact with us talking on the phone, sending pictures, we really appreciated this! We would talk with Charles and tell him of something that we thought of and wanted him to do, (which was not part of the work order), Charles would just smile and say “okay, I can do that”. His patients, understanding and knowledge is amazing! We have also had Charles do a remodel of the kitchen and bathrooms of our other condo as well. We love the work that he did, we have fallen in love with our home all over again! I would love to add pictures but it won’t let me, so sad We enjoyed working with Charles very much! "Beautiful design.
Consistently high-end quality materials.
Incredibly talented carpenter, tiler, electrician, and other tradesmen.
Attention to the tiniest of details.
Team displayed the highest integrity from the beginning to the end of the project.

After coming in person to see our space and carefully listening to our thoughts and ideas, Joe delivered a stunning design. Our remodel included the removal of a wall and pantry closet, repair of the ceiling and wood flooring, new solid wood shaker style cabinets, some with glass fronts and several deep full extension drawers were installed in the kitchen and adjacent breakfast area. Quartz countertops, a farmhouse sink, motion sensor faucet, recessed lighting in three rooms, and two solar tubes were also added. Painted shiplap siding was installed on two walls and and the three rooms of our newly created open floor plan were painted. Beautiful handmade backsplash tiles were added and pendant lights and dining room chandelier were hung. The transformation from a basic galley kitchen to a light filled, spacious, beautiful and functional kitchen now completely open to our dining room and great room is simply amazing.

The project lasted six weeks and contractors carefully cleaned up each evening before leaving. Tony managed the project and between he and Joe, all of our questions were answered timely and requests were quickly fulfilled. It was a challenge to be without a good portion of our house for six weeks, but so much fun to watch the daily progress and the final results were completely worth the inconvenience.

"Loved the service provided. Will definitely hire them to do our backyard when we have the money. They came the very next day. Were the most reasonably priced. Exceeded our expectations. You can actually see our house now. Worth every penny. Would 1000% recommend!"

"Everything went great! The project took about 2 weeks. The old tar/gravel roof was removed and a new metal roof was installed on 3/4 of the house. The other 1/4 required TPO since it was a completely flat area. A lot of the old wood had to be replaced due to the age and termite activity. Flashing up around the chimney is holding up great and a part of my old rainwater collection gutter system was even reinstalled on the new roof. The fascia and soffit looks great too. We've been through 5-6 rain storms already and there has been no leaks. The wood around the garage was replaced and then the whole thing was wrapped in vinyl for a clean look. Two end features on the peak of the house were wrapped as well and it made the house look very clean and neat. As for cleanup, for the most part all went well. As can be expected, a few old roofing nails were found, but not that many. A few short pieces of metal roofing and a few leftover panels were left behind as well as a bag of screws. (We made a shed with them) Overall we were very satisfied. Other roofing companies we called were quoting us $18-20K without the addition of the extra wood and the cost of the fascia/soffit or the garage repair."

"Great experience with this company with the remodeling at my property, totally recommended, there were responsible, professional and diligent on timely manner, nothing bad to say, everything was as expected."
