I hired Geoff and his team to remodel it for me while i went back to Arizona to sell my house. I was so pleased with what they accomplished, i hired them again in 2021 when i moved into my Kissimmee 3/2 house. I was pleased with their innovative ideas, work ethic and their ability to listen to MY REQUESTS. It, however, took more time to complete because there were some setbacks during "COVID time" (getting supplies, parts, and laborers). The crew were all professional, caring, respectable, responsible and trustworthy individuals."

"We removed a small lanai and added a very large lanai and pool closet to our current home. We added several areas needing stucco and had several other areas that needed stucco repairs. Clyde and his workers did an amazing job. He came out promptly after I called and then sent him an email with photos, gave us the price in a written contract and did beautiful work, arriving when they said they would and finishing the work on schedule. "KDR Stucco is amazing! Mr. Kenjon Reid came out to give me what was a very competitive quote, and, as luck would have it, he was able to put our job on the schedule the next day. He and his crew arrived early the next morning ready to go, and were able to complete the job in one day. Our stucco exterior is the original 30+ plus year stucco, highly textured, and originally applied to wallboard that is not even in use these days. Our house is very symmetrical and simple so the stucco is a main feature of the facade and the first thing someone notices walking up to our house. KDR's crew are artisans and craftsmen, because the entire area of the new stucco matches the original stucco perfectly! No one will ever notice that such a large area of the original exterior has been replaced. In addition, Mr. Reid was so generous with giving us some great advice regarding how to care for the stucco to prevent future repairs as well as giving some very valuable advice for how we may want to plan to some of the other deferred work we have put off doing for many years. It was just such a pleasure to work with Kenjon (Mr. Reid) and his talented, hard-working crew. KDR does a lot of other kinds of work beyond stucco, and we are hoping to get to work with them again as soon as we can on house painting, concrete repairs, and anything else on our list that we need done and that KDR can do. "The crew did a great job in removing the existing roof (shingles, underlayment, and damaged plywood), and hauling off the debris. The existing ridge vents and drip edge were also replaced. New Owens Corning shingles were installed. Care was exercised to save existing gutters, soffit and fascia. All work was completed per Florida building codes, and included obtaining and posting permits with the city. Once the job on the roof was completed, the site was magnetically swept for nails. A wind mitigation report was prepared and delivered. The overall job was completed exceptionally well."

"They found the leak which was a leaking valve in the waste (dump) line. They would have come back to replace the valve but I was able to do this myself. It seemed to me that they had the right equipment, methods and expertise to find where the leaking problem was. I knew it was when the pump was running and the lines were pressurized but had no way to locate it.
