"We are very happy with our new environmental system from Tarpy. Paul was the only one of the four representatives that came out that did a detailed analysis of our home and our needs. He made the effort to design an entirely new system that met our needs and budget. We found, unlike the others that came out, that because there was no cold air return we needed more room in our mechanical closet. The rest were just going to dump a new furnace in the closet and we'd still have the same problems. They offered a tankless water heater to give us room and did the furnace, air conditioner, and water heater as well as new ducting for a very fair price and even though their team had to work extra time to accommodate challenges in our old house the final bill was exactly as estimated. These guys worked 12 hours on the day before Thanksgiving. When I said "go home guys, we can wait till Monday" I was told they just couldn't leave a customer without heat over a holiday.
