"We were nervous about remodeling our kitchen, but Ilan Yosef and IY Development and Renovation made the process seamless and enjoyable. Ilan s team worked efficiently, paid attention to every little detail, and took the time to ensure that everything was exactly how we envisioned it. The final result is a beautiful, functional kitchen that feels like it belongs in a design magazine! I can t thank Ilan and his team enough for their incredible work. Highly recommend them for any renovation project."

"Very pleased with the home renovation. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations."

"After scouring the internet and some friends for local contractors that can remodel my kitchen, I came across Landmark Construction (Charlie) who provided me with a quote that I was comfortable with and that included all the items that I wanted to have in my new kitchen. I hired Charlie and his team of workers to renovate my kitchen, guest bathroom and install new hardwood floors throughout my house. Now that the project is completed, I could not be happier with the end results. The most important thing for me (besides quality of work), was the communication between me and Charlie since I have a very busy schedule and Charlie was always responsive to all my requests.
My new kitchen and guest bathroom looks amazing. The floor came out beautiful. Charlie gave me a time frame of 4-5 weeks for this renovation. But they were able to finish a little bit sooner than that and I was extremely happy. I highly recommend Landmark Construction based on my great experience.

"It went great. They showed up on time every time. They communicated every step of the way. They were neat and tidy and cleaned up so well you couldn't tell any construction had gone on. They did the demo of the old kitchen tile and sink and hauled it all away. We chose a dark color granite we chose from the samples they brought over which looks great! They made it clear that 100 percent customer satisfaction is their goal and they fulfilled that. We were very happy with the outcome and the company is great to work with. I hope I have a chance to work with them again in the future.

"We love working with Benjamin and his crew . His professionalism is unmatched. He gave us a great price for the bathrooms remodel. The outcome was amazing and better than expected! I would highly recommend Expert Home Builders to my friends."

"I contacted R & R Remodeling because they were recommended to me through my church.  They came out to assess the situation promptly and gave me an estimate within just a few days.  The fee seemed reasonable to me, and this window was preventing further progress on our living room project, so we said yes.  They began work the next week.
I was very pleased with the work of Bill the framer who works with R & R Remodeling experts.  He got started a bit later in the morning than I was expecting, but that is the only thing that I have to say that is even slightly less than glowing.  Bill was very knowledgeable and professional throughout.  He was very thoughtful and concerned about getting the window weather sealed and making everything look as if this work never needed to be done in the first place.  He cleaned up after himself as he went along.  He had all the tools he needed for the job with him and worked steadily and efficiently until the job was done.  If only all builders could be like this.  This window is now perfectly installed in our living room wall and we can proceed with trimming it out and finishing our project.  Yay!"

"Jill provided two different floor plans for us, and was very flexible, as far as working the option of piano into the room.  She responded to several follow-up questions I had, and provided suggestions for where to locate resources.  Jill was very easy to work with, and very accommodating. However, I found the process of working with a "virtual designer" to be a bit challenging for me.  That was definitely no fault of Jill's, thought.  I would use her again, particularly if I needed help with planning a room layout.
