"My husband & I own a small business and I needed help with something on my lap top which I use for all our work. I didn't have a virus but needed what I guess would be a repair. I called and spoke with Bob who suggested I make an appointment as my issue could take some time. I called back a few days later & made the appointment. He called at exactly the agreed time. I'm familiar with having a company/person take over my computer which he did and then I went back to work while he did his work. He did need to call me several times about certain things but I basically did my work--but I admit I also watched at different times as he worked. It turned out what I needed took much longer than what he thought - he also told me that my old (about 10 years) lap top would be like it was when it was brand new! Not only was that accomplished he went way beyond fixing the original issue which was hard drive space (or lack of). He was very helpful with any questions and explained things in a way I could understand! Because it took so much longer I offered to pay more money but he would not accept any additional payment. I will be getting a new PC in a few months and I will definitely be contacting him to set some things up, walk me through some other things & handle some installations. It's SO nice to have someone trustworthy because let's face they can have access to everything on your computer. Don't hesitate to contact this company - my only few pieces of advise - have all the information you can gather about your PC/laptop - age - kind etc, a clear or as best as possible description of your issue, schedule extra time as it can take longer & if you 'watch" and see things you don't understand - don't panic - they will get things done as promised & most likely better!"

Let me tell you that it was a good call. First they tried to diagnose my problems remotely, but I also had hardware issues. So, Luther came to my house and took care of everything. He even hooked me up with some great antivirus software. The price I quoted included removing the multiple viruses and enhancing the performance on not only my laptop but also my partners laptop as well. And that's a same day house call. I honestly do not believe I can be excessive in recommending Luther to take care of your computer issues.The man is highly professional and trustworthy, something that is hard to find today. "I requested service on Friray night 1/24/15 ( I was having major problems  with my browers b ing hijacked and redirected). O wanted to have my computer fixed Monday.
Jason contacted me  on 1/24/15 to set up a time for Monday 1/26/15.  He walk me through preparing my computer for him to remotely access and repair my system. He was very professional and knowledgable.  After my problems were fixed  on Monday, he contacted me the next day to make sure that every thing was up and running to my satisfaction.
