"We wanted to finish part of our basement but had concerns about a few areas where there were leaks during long sustained or heavy rains. We knew the risk of mold and other unknown damage behind finished walls was too high of a risk for our investment and health safety. The job was way bigger than we ever anticipated, but the workers were careful and considerate of our space inside and outside the house, and they returned everything to as normal as could be considering the level or work required when they were done. There were a few times over the first few years when we needed Everdry to come back to repairs some chimney leak issues in one of the unfinished areas of our basement, but they were efficient and persistent in resolving the issue. 15 years later, we are still enjoying a dry and comfortable finished basement. "In all of the 24 years that we've lived in our home, our sump pump never kicked on. We just assumed that it was because it didn't have to because our property is on a hill, but it turns out that it was rusted solid. They did a good job by returning the top soil dirt back into the trench and the sod back in place. They did poke a small hole in the plastic window well cover with a shovel, but it's no big deal (we sealed it with duct tape, and big flowerpots will cover it in the summer). Joe Basham was very polite & friendly, and he and his crew did an excellent job!"
