Cutting Edge was able to get here on very short notice after the problem had escalated rapidly, Brett did a great job, and everything went smoothly. I only gave a C for Professionalism because Brett did not show up in a mask and did not wear one. He didn't really spend time in my unit as the problem was outside, and the association took over as I said, so I didn't end up bringing that up, but definitely anyone arriving at a home to do work, indoors or out, should show up in a mask and not remove it when around the homeowner (or not at all when inside the home)."
