All interactions were pleasant and professional, and all inquiries were responded to promptly. The guy was great. He was very professional. He tried to work within the price range I gave him. I never used him. The company specialized in customized furnishings which is great but not for my project. I live in an older neighborhood. All I wanted was to clean up the bathroom, not really do an overhaul w/custom vanities, cabinetry etc. It wasn't the company's fault at all. Just basic (Lowe's) type of furnishings.. I felt bad because I feel like I wasted his time..I told him that. He was very kind. But if I ever decide to custom made remodel- I  WOULD DEFINITELY CALL CABINET CLAD 1ST.. W/O A DOUBT

"Purchased coupon on August 11, 2011.  Because I was remodeling my kitchen myself after work and weekends, I didn't have time to deal with the creating the room drafts, plans, layouts or measurements she required.  I did contact Jill and explain the situation and she was very understanding.  She said because I contacted her, not to worry about the deadline.  I remained in contact with her over the next few years (that's how long it took me) and when I was ready around the start of 2014, she worked hard to provide her new design.
