He gave us an estimate over the phone for the installation of a new LiftMaster chain drive garage door opener. We accepted his proposal and he said that he would order the opener and let us know when it came in. Within just a few days he had the part and called us to arrange a time to come and install the opener <br /> He arrived timely and took about an hour and a half to complete the installation. <br /> The opener worked fine mechanically, but was actually noisier than the one that was replaced. When we contacted Matt and asked him about the noise, he said that, even though chain driven openers are not the quietest, it should be quieter than our old one. He immediately ordered a new one, and came out in just a few days to replace it. The new one is definitely quieter. <br /> Matt was efficient and professional; always returned our calls promptly; and replaced the defective opener with no questions asked.
