"Lance and his company was most professional and courteous before we even committed to an install. Once we scheduled an install, it was well executed and looked and worked great. Training was done by a superb trainer that our dog took to immediately. You can tell they care about their profession as well as the animal. A year later, damage was done by a third party. "Overall, the experience with the handoff from Jesse to Brian was smooth, and Brian and Steve (who tore down my old fence, rebuilt with 6' cedar shadowbox and added 2 gates on each side of the house) did a great job. They were prompt on arrival each time they said they would show up. The spent approx 5 hours tearing out the old section of fence and rebuilding. Upon completion, they hauled away all the debris and Brian offered to haul away a large pile of yard waste and brush we had built up in our early spring clean up. "This company has a $25 dollar off coupon available through the mail, so my cost was only $150. They were very through and professional. Even though they sell repair in 2-hour blocks, they had to come back to finish a job and did not charge extra. Everything was superfly fixed but the squeaky floors. They admitted up front it is hit and miss with those repairs. Sometimes they cant find and fix them. They even left some of the stain used on the base boards and banister for other scratches on doors and matching woodwork in the house. I was very pleased and would unquestionably use them again for repairs and refer them to friends. I was so impressed I passed on the Case name to the Realtor who is selling my house. Case is bonded and insured and want to be sure you are satisfied. They followed up the work with a thank you note in the mail for my business, and asked me to complete a survey on satisfaction. "It was very important to repair the fence to its previous strength as we have dogs and were concerned about any of them getting out. Jeff was the lowest bid on the job and was the most professional from the first time we met him. He took care not to damage any existing flowers and shrubs that we planted at the side that was most heavily damaged. He did a great job and I couldn't ask more concerning the quality of his work. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a new fence or repair."

"JD painting came to the house and provided a quick turnaround for a quote. The quote seemed very high however due to my limited timeframe to complete work I accepted the quote. They stated due to my timeline they'd be at the house from 7-7 everyday to get it done. Most days their hours were from 8:30-5:30 and of course they finished the job 2 days later than quoted. Their painting quality of work was great and if only grading on that it would receive an A, however cost, timeliness of completion and cleanliness of "finished" job site was awful. Finally, when wanting to discuss a couple of concerns about the finished product the owner was no where to be found and wouldn't return calls. If you do go with JD Painting do not pay in full until satisfied. Once I gave final check the site was left as is. Cups everywhere, hardware left off or poorly installed, etc. I would not recommend to a friend."
