We had an emergency fencing situation in January (my mother could no longer walk her dog and needed to fence in the backyard)...not a great time to need a fence in Ohio! The Fence Guy was one of the few companies that install through the winter as weather allows. Keith came out right away, earned the trust of both of my parents, stayed in constant communication with me and put in a fence as soon as could possibly be done. "Lance and his company was most professional and courteous before we even committed to an install. Once we scheduled an install, it was well executed and looked and worked great. Training was done by a superb trainer that our dog took to immediately. You can tell they care about their profession as well as the animal. A year later, damage was done by a third party. Lance himself showed up promptly on a holiday weekend to fix the fence and save our weekend. I can't recommend Lance's Hidden Fencing enough. A+ job."

I contacted Fence n Deck doctors and the estimator and I walked the property and discussed what I was looking for; I wanted openness, country looking and something to contain 3 dogs. Fence n deck doctors suggested a particular style and showed me pics of a 4 board ranch style fence with wire. I got a written estimate and a date to begin. Installers came a day before original start date, which was great. The head installer listened to a concern of mine on one side of the yard and he explained the process perfectly. I left for most of the day and returned to what was a 100% perfect fence for the property and exactly what I wanted. The entire installation crew was professional, efficient and great carpenters! From start to finish, I honestly couldn’t be more happy. I also want to add my other house, the fence there was installed by Lowe’s and it was an absolute nightmare! "Overall, the experience with the handoff from Jesse to Brian was smooth, and Brian and Steve (who tore down my old fence, rebuilt with 6' cedar shadowbox and added 2 gates on each side of the house) did a great job. They were prompt on arrival each time they said they would show up. The spent approx 5 hours tearing out the old section of fence and rebuilding. Upon completion, they hauled away all the debris and Brian offered to haul away a large pile of yard waste and brush we had built up in our early spring clean up. I would hire him again due to the work he did on my fence, as well as the reputation for the work with Morrison Fence."

"He was wonderful. He fixed a top drawer in a chest of drawers, I think he is the 3rd or 4th person that has looked at it to repair. It was difficult to find a comparable part, we now have a drawer that we haven't been able to use for years. He thought outside the box in terms of fixing the dresser. He was terrific and was willing to get parts and come back out right away."

"It went great! Jeff came out and made sure that he divided the duplex directly down the middle and got to work really fast. The job was tough because he had to go through a lot of concrete and blacktop but he got it done. He also installed a gate for each side and they're great. We did have an issue with the way one was settling, nothing that was done on his part, and he came right out and adjusted the gates. We will 100% use them again for any of her fence needs."

"JD painting came to the house and provided a quick turnaround for a quote. The quote seemed very high however due to my limited timeframe to complete work I accepted the quote. They stated due to my timeline they'd be at the house from 7-7 everyday to get it done. Most days their hours were from 8:30-5:30 and of course they finished the job 2 days later than quoted. Their painting quality of work was great and if only grading on that it would receive an A, however cost, timeliness of completion and cleanliness of "finished" job site was awful. Finally, when wanting to discuss a couple of concerns about the finished product the owner was no where to be found and wouldn't return calls. If you do go with JD Painting do not pay in full until satisfied. Once I gave final check the site was left as is. Cups everywhere, hardware left off or poorly installed, etc. I would not recommend to a friend."
