"The work AFTER it was done was fine but the company definitely has room to improve in their communication to customers. I understand there are busy times of the season but it should be communicated. Getting them to come out and perform the work was like pulling teeth and we had to followup several times. Only after we told them that my husband had to crawl onto our roof during a downpour to unclog a gutter that was causing water to rush into our basement did they come out and finish the work we ended up starting. I put that I would hire them again because I was more of a maybe since the work was done with no complaints and we don't have water issues anymore."

"Inconsistent mowing schedule.  We'd call Micah when it was over two weeks since they came and our lawn was way overgrown.  He'd tell us he'd get someone out to mow on a specific day and the crew never showed up.  This happened several times, but they'd get to it eventually.  This season, it started off the same way (inconsistent mowing, overgrown lawn).    The two times we did get our lawn services in 2014, the crew left lawn clippings all over our patio and flower beds (they are supposed to blow that off).   We emailed/called him and said if service didn't improve we would cancel.   We received no emails or returned calls, no apology when we actually cancelled the service.  Poor customer service, the only thing that would show up on time was our bill.  We are much happier with our new lawn service.
