"Jeff Drake from the company came out a week prior to give me an estimate.  He was very personable and gave me a breakdown of the different charges depending on what his workmen found, e.g., gutter drain blockage and/or place a metal strip to lip the gutter edge and/or tighten or replace the gutter anchors.  The two workers showed up on time and were friendly.  For the fix, they tightened the gutter anchors and tucked a 4 feet length of metal strip under the roof shingle to lip on to the gutter.  They tested it by directing water over it with a hose - no more dripping.  It rained heavily a few days later and no dripping problems.  
Note that the gutter was topped with a leaf guard and the gutter was on a two story house.  I would have tried to fix the problem myself but doing work on the second floor roof is a little scary - let a professional do it as it not worth an accident.

"It was a very good experience with them. They were able to accommodate our schedule and it was kind of a tricky schedule because we had other contractors that had to work on the same day. They kept me informed the whole time about what was going on. There was a problem with the existing pluming and they were able to take care of it. They finished all the work on the same day. "Micah came and looked at the issue(s) I would like the original concrete contractor to address.  He showed me what needed fixed and explained how it could be done.  I asked him for an estimate because I do not think the original contractor will fix the problems.  He gave me a very reasonable estimate.  He also noted that the landscape work his company did last year wasn't up to par.  I was contributing extreme temperatures [near 100 in summer and minus 30s in the winter] to the landscaping issues.  He is going to bring in additional soil and re-seed the lawn without my asking [or any additional charge]!!!! 
On another note - I did tell him that he is not listed as "concrete work" on Angie's List.  "Hard scape"?? is the same, but not recognizable to customers!  He is going to change that, so everyone can enjoy the exceptional service Dean's Landscaping has to offer!

"As is common with Angie's List special deals, the service was extremely over subscribed and the process was not executed until the winter had passed, the 2014 spring rains subsided and the lawn was finally aerated.  I saw no seeding or fertilization on the lawn or the driveway. It was not worth the time and effort to call again and have the issue resolved.  I will probably use them again, but will take time off from work to closely supervise the actions and insure I receive everything I am paying for.
