"Absolutely no complaints from start to finish. I called Monday to see if they had any appointments. Even though there has been a lot of frozen pipes in town, I was scheduled for Tuesday morning. Lori was very pleasant and just gave me a good feeling from the very beginning. Lori called Tuesday morning to say that the technician/plumber was available earlier than my scheduled time-this worked out great for me. Mike arrived and quickly dispatched the problem with the kitchen sink. He moved on to the bathroom where a previous plumber had resorted to removing the sink from the wall(and breaking tile)to change out an older faucet. Mike didn't have to remove the sink, and instead had the whole thing done in short order. The work took less than one hour and was done quite well. The price shown above reflects the $15 Angie's List discount, but is still lower than I had expected(a competitor once charged me over $300 to clear a drain and replace a faucet). Needless to say, Pipeco will now be my first-and probably only-choice when I have plumbing work that needs to be done. They've earned my business and I'll be sure to pass on the good word."

"I had a leak at the joint where the hot tap water hose connects to the pipe in my upstairs bathroom sink.  I tried to replace the hose but the leak had been there for awhile and the joint was very corroded.  When I tried to remove the joint to replace, it caused the connection from the pipe to the joint behind the wall to come loose, and that caused a leak behind the wall.  At this point I was freaking out because I'm an amateur at plumbing, and something I thought would be a simple hose replace turned out to be a huge disaster.  I called Joe that night, which was after hours, and he came out early the next day.  I was not at home when he came out, but my boyfriend said he was very nice and priced everything fairly.  After a $25 coupon, from Angie's List, the price was only $155.  That included him making a trip to the store and purchasing the parts, and installing them.  He also put a washer in the drain to fix a leak from a previous plumber's error, and flushed the facet out, because I caused debris to clog it when I was trying to fix it on my own.
My experience with the first plumber was why I decided to try and fix it on my own to save money.  JBC plumbing made me feel a lot more confident that I was not getting ripped off, and he was very nice and understanding.  If I have any future problems with the plumbing in the house I won't hesitate to call Joe again, I would recommend him to anyone.

"Dublin Plumbing LLC did an outstanding job. They were quick, accurate, responsive, and a pleasure to work with.
Our older home was not properly plumbed under the kitchen sink, which caused issues with water backing up into the right sink from the left sink when the garbage disposal was run. In addition, the sink started draining very slowly. At that point, we contacted Dublin Plumbing LLC, and they promptly came out and provided an estimate for the extensive work that needed to be done to correct the problem.
They were able to schedule our job several days later. They showed up on time. Jim was present on-site to oversee the work most of the time. The installation of the new drain, vent, faucet & garbage disposal all went well.
They were able to access the drain pipes below in the basement by neatly cutting access panels in the back of a built-in cabinet. They replaced the access panels, and they don't look like they were ever cut.
When they discovered that they needed a bigger piece of equipment to clear the clogged drain under the basement floor that the kitchen sink drains into, they promptly scheduled this for early the next morning, and they quickly got that drain cleared.
We also had a clean-out plug stuck in the basement floor for the main line. They drilled it out and replaced it with a new plug.
After all of the work had been completed, Jim followed up with a phone call to make sure we were satisfied.
Jim, Aaron, Chad & Chris all worked on our project. It was a pleasure to have them work in our home.

"I truly enjoyed having Gary work on our project and I plan to hire him in the next few months to do my kitchen remodel. What sets him apart from the rest is his integrity. When he tells you he will call or come over, he does it. His price is his price and all receipts are documented. The quality of his work is excellent!
I did wait over a month for Gary to work on my project, but he is well worth the wait. (Frankly, I take that as a good sign that he is busy because that means he is very good.) He contacted me twice during the waiting period to let me know how far out he was from my project and then called me the week before he planned to start it. I think we have all experienced the no call, no show folks in this industry and it was refreshing to finally have someone who cared about following up with his clients.

"First of all, I want to say that Jim the owner did not do the work. It was wood refinishing, not painting. Jim has a different person do the wood related work. When I met with Jim for the estimate he was pleasant and professional, the wood guy however, was late. Despite having an estimate that was twice as high as the other estimate I had gotten, I hired them (I could not get a certificate of insurance from the other guy). He was supposed to start work on a Saturday. I knew that they needed to match the stain of my existing woodwork and would need time to do this, so I offered a piece of my woodwork to them several days ahead of time. They did not take me up on my offer. On Saturday, he took the wood to the paint store but they did not match it until late that afternoon. Thus, no work was done on Saturday. He acted surprised that it took so long to match the stain (so I could anticipate this but the professional could not?!). On Sunday he showed up late (he called first, but he should have known that the paint store did not open until 10) however he had forgotten some of his materials and had to wait for someone to bring them. On Monday he showed up late (again, he called to let us know). The work he did looks fine except that he forgot to refinish a section of one step. After I contacted him he said he would come back but did not. A week later I still had not heard from him or Jim so I did it myself. While doing this I also noticed that he did not tape off the white railings on my stairs so that there is a bit of stain on the white on many of them ( I seem to recall him telling me at the estimate that he would tape them). Not a huge deal but I kind of expected more attention to detail. Overall, I am happy with how my stairs look and he was a very nice person. His tardiness did not add any days to the project but was annoying."

"On the countertops, they did an excellent job. They were here when they were supposed to be. I would not give a good rating for the doors. We bought the doors and the parts for the doors. When they got here, they said that there were parts or pieces missing. Another thing is the guy that originally came out to go over everything with us was laid off and from there on there was some miscommunication. The job with the door did not get completed and they just sort of left."

"I hired Ron to paint the inside of my house. He did walls, woodwork, stairs, and ceilings. He also repaired cracks in the plaster. He did a great job! I was very happy with the way it turned out. His estimate was very reasonable. He was available to start right away. It was a big job and he worked very quickly and completed the job early. Very reliable, efficient, and personable. Would hire again!"
