"I called and was scheduled an appointment within 2 days; great! My technician Cameron was absolutely OUTSTANDING! He quoted me prior to any work, explained in detailed the issue, provided a walkthrough of what he would do to remedy the problem and then fixed it.... that day. This included the replacement of a 10-12 foot bar I assumed would require me to make another appointment for him to replace. No, he came prepared with all tools and parts needed to complete the job without a repeat visit! Job WELL DONE A++! I felt secure leaving him unattended in the garage to finish the work and when I walked into the garage I always found him working, not on his phone like other repairmen I have had. Cameron was professional and courteous. He was not annoyed that I asked questions and even made suggestions about future repairs that I could make to avoid costly ones later down the road, like preventative maintenance. I have no idea if this is company training or just a good technician. Judging by the rating other customers have given though I can safely assume this is mostly good hiring techniques and training in combination with a great tech. My only regret is I did not call them sooner and that they do not build storage sheds. I will be recommending this company, specifically Cameron, to anyone needing garage door installation or repairs. I hope they let me know if they build storage sheds in the future and other honey-do stuff I was tasked with by the wife"

"Rick and his crew are first-rate. I called him at 9:00AM, and he completed the work by 1:30PM that afternoon. He suggested replacing the existing garage door spring with a better unit, and I took his advice. When he finished, it was easy to see why he suggested the replacement -- the new spring is much stronger. Also, Rick's crew noticed that my door was missing two reinforcing bars, which apparently had never been installed by the original contractor. Rick brought over the missing bars and had them installed in minutes. I am a do-it-yourselfer, and I know that replacing garage door springs is difficult and potentially dangerous, so I did not consider doing the work myself. Rick's charges were very reasonable for the work his crew performed. I would call him again without question. <br />"

"I think the windows installed could have been sealed better. I expected a crew but only one guy came out. He told me that there would be an extra charge for 5 skylight windows. I would use them again. The price was worth it. They gave me a warranty in case the window started frosting or fogging up. My windows started fogging up after 6 years and I called them. In about 6 weeks, they ordered new windows and installed them with no questions asked."

"Called Garage Door Rescue and they immediately return my call and set up a service call the next day. A very cheerful and knowledgeable young man named Brandon showed up who was the owners son. They have been in business for quite a while and proved to be very knowledgeable, showing me what was wrong and not only fixing the problem but doing an over all check of the whole system so they would not have to come back and reprogramming both of our cars to work both garage doors.........I can't recommend them highly enough, you will not be disappointed hiring them."
