"Alex is extremely knowledgeable and completely on top of things. He treats you like you are the most important customer in his busy business. In a few minutes, he gave us a quote. We have had a Rheem water heater for the past 22 years and wanted to replace it with the same brand. We did purchase another similar Rheem water heater from Home Depot. Alex offered to pick it up from there, deliver it, and install it. So the next day we met him at Home Depot. He went to inspect the new Rheem water heater and noticed it was missing some parts and that it had an electric starter. Which in the past has been a problem meaning more expense for the homeowner prematurely if it goes out, and we all definitely want to avoid that as much as possible? Also, if it does stop functioning correctly you might have to have the unit removed and the new one reinstalled at your own expense, even if the unit is still under warranty. Alex recommended us to go with a Bradford White only gas water heater, which he got us a great deal on. Alex and his crew drained plus removed my old leaking Rheem water heater and installed the new one in no time. He also placed a drip pan and new flex hoses for the water in/out. They were very aware of cleaning up afterward, which most repair people do not. Alex is super nice, informative, personable, and trustworthy. He did not up-sell anything that was not necessary to have like most other plumbers will do. He quoted us a very-very fair price for the work done. We will definitely recommend Alex and crew at So-Cal Plumbing and Rooter to all my friends and family. Good luck with your future plumbing needs. I guarantee will not be disappointed."

"They called us quickly and got a plumber out within a few days. Super thorough - tested all pipes and water sources to diagnose the problem. They were able to perform maintenance on most bathrooms the same day and improve the water temperature in our showers. Gave helpful, non-biased advice on potential further plumbing improvements. We will likely call this company again for any and all future plumbing needs."

"I am very pleased with the quality of work Matthew, Shawn and their staff did with the Main Sewer check valve replacement and the Main Shutoff Valve replacement. The Main Shutoff valve replacement and the Hydro Jet cleaning of the Main Sewer line was not part of the initial job to be done. Matthew authorized the added job without additional charge to the original quote I was given. Matthew and Shawn has great knowledge and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. They gave me a fair price, they were very professional, thorough and polite, from beginning to end. Clear explanation of needed repairs, sound advice without any inkling of price gouging or questionable add-on expenses whatsoever. Respectable and conscientious, could not be happier. Even very neat and clean. The people that worked with Matthew and Shawn were also very professional and very thorough. I will recommend them to my friends who need a plumber and call them again when the time comes I need a plumber. I will rate the work they did with A+ and Excellent!!!"

"We’ve used this plumbing company multiple times across several properties and have always had a great experience. Extremely knowledgeable, professional, and quick to respond whenever we need service. It’s hard to find honest plumbers with real experience, and these guys definitely know what they’re doing. Every job has been handled efficiently and with great attention to detail. Communication is always excellent, pricing is fair, and they consistently deliver quality work. We truly appreciate having someone reliable we can count on for our properties. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a dependable and experienced plumber. Five stars all the way."

"Project involved major repair of main sewer line, requiring installation of clean-out, jetting, and re-lining. Company seems very well equipped to tackle any size job. The 7 workers that were involved at various times all seemed to be well trained. Michael I, the lead plumber, is very intelligent, knowledgeable, and good to work with. Very nice people all around."

"Thank you Richard and Lorenzo for assisting my family and I during a very difficult time. I called Renowned Plumbing based off their awesome reviews and for being the first ones to call me back at 2am. When they arrived on scene, they greeted us with open arms like if we were family and rest assured us that everything was going to be okay. After they did their initial inspection, they provided us with several options before doing anything. Due to this being our first time as a homeowner, they mentioned to us that our sewer line was completely broken in one area and that only area needed to be replaced. My wife chose to contact one more contractor just to compare apples to apples since weâ ve been burned before while living with our parents and man that was a bad option. The second contractor arrived and not only did they not investigate what was wrong, but they wanted to sell us on a whole new sewer line completely from the house to the to the street. We felt embarrassed calling Renowned back after being taken advantage of and WOW, All I can say is Richard and his team saved us over $40,000 in only doing what needed to be done. Looking further and call Renowned!! A god sent Contractor for sure!! Thanks guys!!"
