"Floor Coverings was a nice company to work with and I would consider hiring again. Love the flooring. My biggest complaint that is not that bad was the installers were slow getting it in. they did a lot of running back and forth from two different areas they were working on and appeared that maybe one of the two was having issues or not sure (Just my thought). Turns out, the installer's wife was in contact with someone who had Covid, so he was getting tested. No problem there, except for not notifying anyone. Next, when they did get an installer the following day, the material was not here, when it arrives, it is the wrong size and delays the job again. The job that was supposed to be completed by Thursday, was not done until Saturday. This delay also forced us to stay out of the house for an additional day (at my expense). Though informed of a possible reduction in the cost in compensation for the aggravation, none was given."
