Regarding work and price / they did an awesome job, even the country inspector that was there to check on the roof was impressed with their work. The inspector wasn t even there to check their work. The inspector ended up staring at the work for a wile. He was impressed on how the Soffits were install with attention to all details. His comment reassured me that we made the right call to hire them. Regarding price - the price was very competitive and it came with awesome customer service. We hired them for Sidding, painting, and soffits. We are very happy we called Daniel. Our home looks great thanks to Landa Exteriors. Don t hesitate and call them for a quote. "The front of our home is frame construction, the sides and rear are concrete block. A 2 man crew showed up every day and worked a full day. Area was cleaned every evening. New Plywood and house "wrap" were installed covering the entire project before new siding was added. It is not a stretch to call these guys Craftsmen. The result is an excellent installation, makes the house look new. Total of 5 days to complete project. No complaints."

"Cement skirting was falling apart, and we decided to replace with vinyl skirting. Asdrubal gave us a very competitive quote and 3 other contractors were much higher. After the work was started, he discovered that the framing was rusted and had to be replaced which raised the price a little bit, but not bad. I would give 4.5 stars because of some communication challenges, but he always clarified before proceeding and I am happy with the work that was done.
