"We had vinyl flooring installed throughout our house. The crew removed the old carpet, baseboards and some tile. They installed new baseboard and flooring. Javier's crew did a FANTASTIC JOB! The price was very reasonable, and it was easy to communicate with Javier. We were told what time the crew would arrive and how long it would take to complete the work. After the flooring was installed, the crew cleaned up and didn't leave a mess on the floor. they are very friendly and nice. They installed flooring in another house that we had and because they do GREAT work we had them do our house. I HIGHLY recommend Monteros Hardwood Flooring."

The job took 3 days total including two coats of oil-based polyeurthane. Once the work was completed I had to wait a total of 48 hours before I could move my furniture back in (24 hours for the oil-based polyeurthane to dry and another 24 hours for it to cure). The smell of the top coat is very strong for the first 2-3 days as expected due to it being oil-based and not water-based. I chose a semi-gloss finish, no staining necessary. The type of wood we had to purchase to match my old floors was very expensive, but blended in nicely."

"Mahshad from Z Flooring did an AMAZING job on our flooring project. We have a marble hearth with awkward angles that other installers refused to attempt. They suggested we tear it out, but making those complex cuts was no problem for Mahshad. He flawlessly fitted the molding riser and it couldn't look more perfect! Plus he was quick and courteous. "Sonny Perkins is the best. He is patient and thorough, helped us consider options, and suggested that we move out until the rooms were dry and chemical odors dissipated. He was recommended by the contractor who was repairing the outside walls and surfaces where the water entered. Sonny coordinated with the contractor and returned several times to adjust the drying machines and bring carpet samples. He went out of his way to find the same carpeting that had been installed 9 years ago. Sonny's prices were very reasonable and the carpet installation is perfect. He and his crew were very careful of our safety, and they went beyond the usual workmen in cleaning up as they worked. We have already engaged him for another small project for padding to protect a large area rug on wood floor in the living room. We have also given his name to our friends who plan to re-carpet several rooms."

"It took a long time but it is done. I had some problems with them but they did satisfy me as the customer. There were some spots on the floor that should have not been there. So they ended up giving me a discount, it was a $30000 job and they gave me a 900 discount for the spots on the floor so I don't know how to rate them. The floor is 99% perfect. There was only a 1% I was unhappy with and am still unhappy with. But I decided to settle with them because I didn't want to move out all of my furniture again and have them redo the floor. It's really a big hassle. I don't want to give them a bad mark but I just can't give them a 10. 

They were very professional so I have to admire that. I would use them again for carpet but probably not for oak flooring."
