We started out just wanting to regrout the tub and tile but after We saw his work, We had Frank do the floor tile as well! He offered suggestions and offered 2 prices. No pressure sales pitch. He showed up on time, had respect for our home and cleaned up when he was finished. He even mixed up extra grout for us to use in our 2nd shower should we need it. Mr. Handyman and Ron Potesky's team turned an attic into a bedroom with A/C and heat, built a closet, replaced major kitchen appliances, replaced carpeting, replaced all smoke and CO2 detectors, re-wired ceiling fans, painted all interior walls, powewashed the deck and vinyl fence, then painted the deck, removed and donated or disposed of all furniture and personal items of the tenant. The team coordinated all appointments of city inspectors and professional sanitization of a very dirty space. When Mr Handyman was done, the intetior of the house looked like something out of Better Homes and Gardens! The team could be totally trusted with the housekeys. They coordinated with the realtor and the house sold in one week end!!! "Frank is very personable and was on time. The new grout in the wall tile looks great. Frank couldn't replace the floor grout because it was sanded grout and stained the grout instead. The bathroom was clean and tidy when he was done, however excess grout was left on various surfaces including the toilet, bathroom shelves and some tiles. I had to go around with a razor blade scraper and hand vac to clean up the spots he missed."
