"Came when stated they would be here. They checked the unit. It needed a part and when it came in they installed it. Was professional, respectful and pleasant. I'd recommend them. I may also be calling them for other jobs soon. Thanks Angi for the recommendation. And Thank you PT Mechanical!"

"Very happy with the team that installed my water system. Not only is taking a shower 10x better. But the drinking water is fantastic. Thanks Vinnie and Purefect Water Solutions. I would recommend them anytime!"

"I've known Bob Walter, our plumber ever since we bought our summer home in the Pocono mountains, PA, 15 years ago.  We keep using him, because he has always been reliable and efficiently corrects whatever problem we have. Normally, we ask him to help when we close up our Pocono home at the end of December and he evacuates the water from all pipes so we can turn off the heat without experiencing water freezing problems (This past year, neighbors tell us the temperature stayed in single digits for almost two weeks straight)  In the summer, when we escape Florida's heat, he comes over to reconnect the fittings and makes sure everything works right.
Through the years, he has performed many small repairs as well, as today, when he diagnosed a problem with our garage hose bib, and replaced a broken shutoff valve.

"The plumber seemed very knowledgeable in what he was doing Kept me informed on everything he was doing Very nice, professional friendly and at a fair price for his services"

"I?ve had them since I moved in here for my air conditioning and heating system. I?ve been here for 2 ? years. The only problem was them diagnosing the exact problem, it took them 4 or 5 times that they came out before they figured out what was wrong. I have a contract with them, so it basically didn?t cost me anything even if they came 10 times. They came right away and they were concerned about trying to figure out what was wrong. It was an intermittent problem, so that was the reason they couldn?t figure it out completely. With the service contract, it didn?t really cost me anything more."

"Keith came quickly as we had no water. He has re-routed our water around the treatment system but we are awaiting a resolution to the issues with the treatment system. Our water is very high in iron, iit has a strong odor and is discolored until the treatment system is repaired."

"We liked their service.  They were on time, pleasant and did the job well.  The workers were very professional."

"Joseph was awesome!! He was prompt, great at communicating, explaining what was done and being done, super, super nice guy.... Professional, knowledgeable and very dedicated...i highly recommended him for any of your home repair and remodeling projects!!!"

"Arrived as scheduled, professional and courteous. He stayed a few minutes to run water to ensure that there were no leaks"

"I needed my hot water heater replaced. I had rusty water for 3wks. I called 2 plumbers who basically blew me off, 1 that wouldn't come out till I knew the size of the tank and if it was electric or gas(I have no clue about those things) and nobody would do the work on a weekend, I can not miss work. I searched Angie's List and they recommended Safeway Heating. I called on a Friday late afternoon. I explained to the lady I knew nothing about size or anything just that it needed to be replaced and my work schedule. She totally understood and was so nice. The guys were at my house within an hour! The work was done the next day on a SATURDAY! I now have clean and clear water and didn't have to miss work. Lou and Larry even cleaned the one section of my basement and had all the trash bagged up for me. I'm impressed. These guys know what their doing. Explained everything in detail and customer service is 100%. They definitely go above and beyond for their customers. I will be using Safeway if I run into any other problems. If your looking to have work done, call them. You won't be disappointed."
