"We used Mike Bennett of Springfield Roofing because we trust him. He's been their in the past when we needed him and we wouldn't go anywhere else because of him. He's fair, responsive, and a straight shooter that will work with you. Replacing a roof isn't cheap, so when we saved up the money we called him and he worked within our budget and time frame. His team showed up on time and just went to work. They were very diligent throughout, including their clean up effort - which was spotless. Beyond the work of the team putting on the roof - Springfield sends their own in house inspector to double check the work afterwards, someone completely separate from the first team just to make sure everything is done, and done right. Gives us a lot of confidence that we made the right hire. And although we know we won't have any roof needs in the near term, we will always have Mike Bennett on speed dial. "Certified Inc. is fabulous. They replaced the roof of our 3-unit condo building about 5 years ago and did a great job. So this past fall, when we had an unrelated leak due to a hole in one of our gutters, we knew just who to call. Jay from Certified took special care in ensuring that they did a thorough inspection and didn't quote us for unnecessary work. In fact, he even looked through old company records and discovered that Certified had done work on our gutter 6 or 7 years ago -- work that pre-dated all of the current owners of the building and that none of us were aware of. As a result, he said that all work on the gutter, and all repairs to the ceiling that was damaged by the leak, would be covered under the warranty for that prior job. They came and completed the work without any hassle and we didn't have to pay a cent. Certified is a stand up company and we recommend them highly."

Also, they reviewed their own work and were not satisfied with the flashing installation so they came back a couple days later with new material to replace it. No additional cost to us. "Joe our service person responded to our request and came out to inspect our roof early the next morning. He explaned what our current problems are and also what we can expect in the future. He did not try to sell us on a new roof. He only suggested the repairs to the areas where we are currently getting a leak and to other areas that are about to start leaking. Joe was able to do the necessary repairs as the work was not extensive. We would definetaly recommond Joe and Reliable Roofers"
