"I called the plumber because I had a leak in my house I thought was attributable to a leaky dishwasher.  When that turned out not to be the case, I called the plumbing company for an emergency appointment, as water was pooling in my basement.  The company had a plumber call me promptly to arrange an appointment, and conveniently the plumber finished the job and arrived at my location within 45 minutes. 
The plumber promptly identified the problem and explained why he believed that was the problem.  The plumber then just checked potential alternative causes nonetheless.  This turned up the improper toilet installation.  
From here the plumber discussed the fixes and costs related to the various options with explanations.  I then explain the options I would like to pursue, and the plumber began working offering to show me the issues as they could be readily observed as he was completing the repairs.
I plan on using this company for all my future plumbing needs.

"Mr. Rema arrived on time Sunday morning to update my water heater. He installed an expansion tank, duct work and replacing the piping to the thermostat on the water heater. He did an excellent job and took his time. Mr. Rema also went to the local hardware store twice to pick up the material that was needed. He was extremely helpful,patient, professional and available to answer all questions. Due to his approach to his work, we will be working with both companies in the future. Only concern I have is the warranty between Lowe's and AO Smith Hot water heaters. Once the heater is installed, Lowe's severs ties. If there is a problem with the hot water heater, you cannot return it to Lowe's although it was purchased through them, this is clearly stated on the Hot water heater in bold writing."
