"Devon and Casey were great, came out and took some measurements and were back within a few days to put the caps on. Unfortunately, the measurements were a bit off for one of the caps and they had to remanufacture it before they could install it. The guys were really awesome and came out on a Saturday so that the cap was installed before Tropical Storm Irma came through. They also took pictures of the installation so that I could see the work they did. Unfortunately for me, I found a few leaks along the chimney, post storm and at first I was concerned that maybe the flashing was damaged during the pan installation. Steve and the guys listen to my concerns and came back out to reinspect everything, which I really appreciated. They were completely willing to step up and take responsibility. Bad news for me was that the flashing wasn't properly sealed around the metal roof, Good news for them was that they did everything right. I would totally recommend these guys and if I have any more chimney needs, they'll be the first I call."

"My roof had developed a small leak after the extreme downpours this summer. I was looking for a quality roofer to address the issue and found Dr. Roof after checking multiple sites and reading reviews. I contacted the company and scheduled an appointment with Jeff to perform a full roof inspection and address the leak. In addition to the leak, Jeff identified a few other small problem areas to include rotted trim around the chimney. Jeff wrote up a proposal on the spot. My only minor complaint would be that it took 3 weeks for an appointment to open up and to get the repair work scheduled, but I was willing to accept that as many of the better roofers are routinely backed up. The work crew showed up on the scheduled date and time. I was charged the amount originally quoted by Jeff. It's difficult to rate the quality of roofing repairs as most of the work isn't visible unless you're on the roof; but I can say that the repairs have held without any further leaks for the last 6 weeks to include making it through Hurricane Irma. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the work and would recommend the company."

"First, they offered the free estimate to give me their project, then they have an expert to come to point out which part need repair or replaced and offer to work within my budget. My house ended up with 18 repairs. After I agree to the final project, they issued a contract. Price is reasonable considering all the repairs. Here I especially should praise the crew leader Silvio, he organized his team very well, did a good job. Any area I was not satisfied at first, he touches up painted for me again. When I called to reschedule, they responded appropriately with apologies and an immediate second appointment, which took place as scheduled and went extremely well. I observed the inspection and cleaning, which included the chimney cap, wood-stove chamber, and chimney pipe. These guys did a thorough, first-rate job. I've already set my calendar to schedule them earlier next year."

"Marcus beat two other contractors in the area.  He had the highest quality product and best price.  The installation was conducted safely and the cleanup was thorough.  He replaced damaged sections of decking and installed a "cricket" to improve drainage where the damage to the old roof had occurred.  He also installed a Solatube skylight.
It has been over a year since the installation, it has been one of the rainiest on record, and there have been no issues whatsoever.
I would use M&C Roofing again, but not for this house because I'm pretty sure this roof will outlive me.
