"<p>John arrived right on time and honored our request for arriving on the front end of the time window.  He was polite and professional.  He proceeded to quickly diagnose the issue with our "fridge" which in involved a failure of the "sealed system".   John promptly sent photo's of our fridge to Haier along with a tech service report in order to activate our 5 year warranty.</p> <p>Because of the size and cost of the fridge, Haier decided to reimburse with a pro-rated refund on the entire cost of the fridge, rather than repair.  In essence, repairing the fridge would have exceeded its value.</p> <p>John's quick diagnosis and assistance in diagnosing, documenting our issue and contacting Haier really bailed us out, allowing us to proceed immediately with the purchase of a NEW fridge.  Our check from Haier is on the way because of John's assistance.  He seemed to have a very good relationship with the manufacturer.</p> <p>I <strong>would not hesitate</strong> to call John again if we had a problem with <strong>any</strong> appliance we own.</p> <br />"
