"We had their reps out to give an estimate. There was never any hard sell or pressure, just what they do with some examples of their work. They went over in great detail the product (windows) and what features were available. The windows were ordered, the prices were detailed and explained carefully. This was the only area that was a little disappointing, It took approx. 5 weeks from the estimate to delivery - it was special ordered and custom made at the factory to our exact measurements so was understandable. The wait was well worth it, the windows are wonderful! This company is professional, efficient, courteous and has great windows. "We decided to use Home Pro to replace the roof of our Schoolhouse in Spencerville, IN. This old building still had its original slate roof since 1898. It was a huge undertaking as the leaks were starting to do damage to the inside second floor areas. We were so happy with the products this company offers, the professionalism of the crews, the competitive prices and the clean up afterwards. We did have a lot of rain this summer that put our project back a bit further than we were hoping. There's just one section that didn't get shingles, but apparently, it's not supposed to because its a "California draft" metal section. Weird. But now its DONE and BEAUTIFUL! Juan and his team did a thorough job removing everything that had rotted and rebuilding the exterior sighting around the window better than the original construction. He installed a plastic barrier; used a more durable wood for exterior sighting and sealed the wood on all sides; and completely sealed every gap and crack to ensure that wood rot will not occur again. I really appreciated their attention to all of the details and doing the job the right way so I don't have this problem again. They completed the job in one and half days, which is half the time he said it would take and completed the job on budget. He was very prompt and responsive and did a good job of communicating everything that I needed to know throughout the process.
